I was told that under their "new policy" it couldn't be exchanged because it wasn't considered gently used, and the staff member was rude about it as well. What makes this even more frustrating is that they had the exact same plug in stock, just in a different color--so it's clearly not an old or discontinued item. Thankfully, I didn't waste my money replacing it here. I'll stick with my usual location, where exchanges are handled professionally and customer service is consistently helpful. After this experience, I'm not surprised to see reviews mentioning rude behavior--unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern at this store. It's disappointing, especially since other nearby locations have no issue honoring this same policy. Go visit the stone oak or northwoods locations instead.

Some things to keep in mind before visiting this location is that it is much smaller than your usual mall size Bath & Body Works location and it can get packed! I've literally seen them with lines out the door, but the staff always does their best at get the line moving as quickly as possible. Some pro-tips before coming here is to park on the back of their store. There are plenty of available parking spots, plus also a few chargers for electric cars. That way you avoid all the traffic from the other stores at this shopping center. Also, before checking out make sure to have your rewards number ready so you can earn all your points. Don't like to shop in store? No problem! You can buy everything online and just pick-up at their counter.

These employees "Do Not Hype" CBD products that they sell. The are very "Knowledgeable" about the CBD they sell. I have purchased CBD oils, Caramel candies and lol-i-pops. My favorite are the "Lol-i-pops". I have some gummies from an on line source. I prefer going to the Pharm House. The products that I have purchased from them have performed well for me. The main reason i like this store? The 2 staff members....again they are very knowledgeable...they do not pressure you...and have great customers service skills. I love popping into Amy's Hallmark Shop when I am in San Antonio, TX. It is next door to places…read morethat I frequent in the Quarry shopping center. Super charming shop with many items to choose from...great gift shop. They have a plethora of greeting cards, candy, travel mugs, stuffed animals, glasses, etc. to name just a few. It is quite enjoyable to peruse the items they are featuring at the time. One of my main attractions are their sales racks - 90% off, 75% off and 50% off. I scored some 75% off gift bags with hearts on them and the word Love which I can use all year long. The store staff always greet you when you come in and point you to where you need to go. Sometimes, they even walk you to the area. Overall, great shopping trip! Look forward to returning in the future...

You mix the scents till you're happy. Mine was 6 drops of Sunday brunch, 3 drop of vanilla, and 4 drops of cinnamon. You then pick which holder for your candle and then color for your wax. Color selection was fairly simple, but stirring in the color and scents into the warm wax was fun to do and watch. Definitely worth your time if this catches your fancy. They did have different sized vessels for you to choose from with the prices on them, and the cherry on top was adding decorations to the top of the candles.
