I have been to the store 5 times and only once have they shown interest in me from the get go. I live around the area so when I need an outfit quick I try to go here since I like the style they sell (and it's closer than going to La Cantera) My most recent visit was the worst one yet. I walked in, seemed like there was nobody there ( later I found out there were 2 teenage girls in the fitting room) I got a measly "Hey" and both associates went to the dressing room to take care of the two customers in there. I looked at everything in the store. no joke. and STILL nobody asked me anything- I even had things in my hand! I actually wanted some things in there but with crappy service, and the prices being not-so-cheap, I'd rather take my business elsewhere. As we were leaving the two girls who were trying things on were discussing at the register "which one was cheaper" and if one of something was "on sale". so, note to the attendants, pay attention to ALL shoppers: Those that are ready to buy your stuff at regular price (me) AND those who are there to find the a dress less than 20 bucks. retail 101. I think it will be a LONG time before I go back...hopefully they will have evolved by then. pun intended.

They are following all PPE rules and ensuring their customers are wearing masks and sanitizing their hands before entering and touching/shopping. The selection of merchandise here is also TO DIE FOR! I highly recommend this place! Melissa helped me pick out some amazing outfits and she was so sweet. Unfortunately, while shopping other patrons were entering and giving staff members attitude about wearing masks/using the sanitizer and it broke my heart. These business owners are just trying to do their part in keeping their community safe. It's highly disturbing that they have to deal with these issues when not only is it clearly stated that you must wear and mask and sanitize, but it really isn't that big of a deal. The experience is generally one…read moreof two polar opposite experiences: Being pounced on the minute you walk though the door, having all kinds of clothes and shoes added to your changing room regardless of whether or not you like them ... or being ignored which was my experience today. I walked in to look at a dress. To begin it was pretty good - it was not in my size so an associate offered to look. But as soon as I got to the waiting room and they wanted my size in bottoms and shoes at which point I politely but firmly noted I was not looking for either , all service stopped at that point when the associate realized I was not going to be upsold. My husband had to look for alternative sizes and I bought one item online as there was no one to help us find it in the store. At the checkout the associate held us up as she was busy trying to find out who had ' helped me' to get the commission at which point I informed her that as no one had helped but she had at least tried to find me a size at the beginning then she should take it! To be fair she did redeem herself by excellent customer service at the register and helping me with a deal that scored me gift cards fur use later as well as the in store discount. So the two stars are for her. My previous experience involved being marched over to petites and told this was for me - I am not short enough - and being given countless pairs of jeans and shoes when I made it clear I wanted a dress. So it's hit and miss - either pushy service or non at all; so generally it's online for me even though this place is close to home
