Craved something healthy so I ordered delivery through Deliveroo & was delivered on time & in-tact…read more Ordered the beet salad with apples, nuts & goat cheese. The salad was large enough to feed two people, & there was only one of me! Loved the flavor & felt good eating it! Goat cheese & produce were incredibly fresh. Came with bread/butter on the side - as an American it looked like banana bread - however it was NOT (sad face); it was a plain loaf. Bread was okay; if it's made in-house, then I'll give em more credit! -1 star because I wish there was more crunch (nuts + apples).

The food here was fantastic and very reasonably priced at the same time! For anyone who likes…read morehealthy food, salads or who has certain diet restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, paleo etc), then I'd really recommend this place! For salads and sandwiches you can choose from the menu or make your own by selecting ingredients from the deli. They have a bigger choice than regular deli to include things like roast and smoked salmon, chickpeas, beetroot, cherry tomatoes in addition to the usual stuff. You can also choose between a lettuce or pasta base if ordering salad. They also have a nice breakfast and brunch menu, as well as hot mains like noodles, quesadilla, stews and soup. Prices are overall pretty cheap, you can eat here for less than €10. The staff were pretty nice, not much to say there, and the cafe itself was fairly clean with nice seating. However it does get full at lunch time on weekdays since it's near the hospital, but they do take aways as well.

I'm gonna just come straight out and say it. James B, you're wrong. Well you're right, in that…read moretechnically this isn't real Mexican food, it's like calling Four Star Pizza 'Italian' but that doesn't make it any less tasty. It's probably my favourite restaurant in the whole world, and is about 80% to blame for my secondary school obesity. Whenever I'm back home with my sisters, we always try to make a trip to La Salsa for a chicken fajita burrito and taco chicken fries. We're generally always hungover and eat so much food that projectile vomiting isn't out of the question, but we never regret guzzling down enormous plates of deep fried spicy goodness. La Salsa may just be a shortcut to fast food via the theme of Mexico, but if you're gonna pig out, do it right and go to La Salsa. And trust me on this: Taco chicken fries, no onion, extra garlic.

If you are travelling and are absolutely desperate for Mexican food, it's worth a try as long as…read moreyou go in knowing that it isn't going to be like real Mexican food. It's an Ireland interpretation of Mexican food - there are tortillas, there are chips, there are beans. But, overall, it's not good. The salsa is ketchup, I'm pretty sure. No spiciness in anything at all. At first, I was so glad to see a tortilla that I didn't care what it tasted like, but after a few bites I realized it was pretty gross. An extra star for at least trying to run a Mexican-ish restaurant in Ireland.
