We came for dinner and were seated right away which gave me high hopes for this restaurant. Apparently the quick seating set the bar too high because everything after that was a disappointment. After about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come take our order, we finally flagged down a server to get our drinks and food. We got our shakes right away after that and were told they ran out of whipped cream which wasn't a big deal. Another 20 minutes went by and our drinks still hadn't arrived (all we got was a water and a soda). A family of four sat down a few moments after us and by the time we had gotten water delivered to our table they were almost finished with their entire meal. They got shakes after the food and to my surprise, I see a full load of whipped cream on every one of their shakes. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because I don't care for it much anyway but then one of the staff members came over and started talking to them. They were locals and probably friends of the place/owner. I understand treating reoccurring customers well but it sets a very bad precedent to all of the other patrons who see this while they wait for anyone to pay attention to them. When our drinks came the glasses we were given smelled horribly of old sponge/stale water. It made it very hard to sip my drink without getting the overwhelming smell. Our food finally came and it was 100% NOT worth the wait. Burger was burnt, no flavor, too much onion and just overall disappointing. I've made better burgers in a portable stove while camping. The fries were delicious and really the only reason they get two stars instead of one. They seemed understaffed and in need of some general restaurant changes. 30 Euro later for one burger, two shakes, and a soda isn't worth it. I'm not entirely sure why there are so many 5 stars reviews (across multiple platforms) but I certainly did not receive a 5 star worthy experience. If you are deciding between this place and another one close by, give the other one a try. read more
