If I could give 0 stars I would. I ended up doing business with this dealership because I was contacted through Facebook due to their interest to buy my vehicle. I decided to head over the same day I was contacted (Sep, 12th) but beforehand I was running an errand. I was originally asking $8k and got talked down to $6,700 and a free ride home by an employee. I had a pair of Sony WH1000XM4 headphones which value to about $400 after tax, which I had with me while I was running my errand. I placed them in the center console because it was storming outside and one shouldn't drive with headphones on if that wasn't obvious. I have video proof of myself leaving with them and not returning home with them because they were in my car. Once I got to the dealership, I spoke to the Women I was messaging via Facebook and she would walk out every few minutes because she was playing messenger with whomever I was negotiating the price with. They had to go through my car to determine how much it was worth and they left me in the office while that took place. After we were set on a price, they took my keys, gave me my license plate and I didn't see my car after that, nor saw who went through it or even seen who I was negotiating with. They didn't ask if I had anything in the car, and of course didn't mention the $400 headphones inside the middle console. I do admit it was careless of me to leave the item in my car but the car was clean for a week beforehand with nothing in it until that day. Whoever went through my vehicle or moved it afterwards decided to take them. Not to mention half of their staff don't look a day over 25 and these are popular headphones on Social Media. I called, emailed, and even showed up in person but was avoided by the owner because he decided to let me know to come by conveniently right when he was leaving. He decided to make it right with a convenient brand new pair of Amazon earbuds that were left at the office which I decided not to take. I've asked to be reimbursed because the vehicle was in their possession when they disappeared therefore their responsibility. I asked if they could look at the cameras and of course they don't have cameras. The owner then decided to ask all the employees who were responsible handling my car and surprisingly no one seen a thing. Would it make sense for them to be truthful and come forward about stealing a pair of headphones from a customer and it not effect their job? I'm disappointed by the owners negligence and their inability to take responsibility over his employees action's, especially after doing business with a first time customer. I've been emailing the owner for the past two weeks and have been told to take it up with my car or homeowner insurance company. After having me come down $1,300 on the car and being an owner of a dealership it shouldn't be that inconvenient to reimburse me for the stolen item. The owner Xander has mentioned in his responses to low ratings on here, about keeping a great reputation and I wish that were true. Only if I read some of these reviews before doing business with them. I was able to find a vehicle I was interested in on their lot on the web. I met with one of their representatives and they were able to help me test drive a couple of their vehicles. I went with their 2014 Chevy Cruze, they were quick to help answer any questions that I had in a professional and informative fashion. The price of the Vehicle I purchased was at a fair price point. They made her give them her social security number before she committed to purchasing. They pulled her credit even though they said they didn't which dropped her score 12 points. I have had so many issues with my car and was told it was going to be 5000 for repairs on just my catalytics. When told I could easily replace my car for one of theirs or work with them about my repairs. They didn't believe me at all and now I'm stuck with a car that has had issues since date of purchase. This was in 12/23/2021 as a Christmas present to myself after I lost my grandfather the month prior. I cannot deal with this as I myself am a single mom and full time college student with no way to get any sort of income. I will be filing with them but I do not recommend them anymore to anyone because of this issue. They played me like a fool and refuse to accept the terms I am willing to come to. I purchased a vehicle from them and was told the problems would be fixed. I have no jack, at first, I had no spare. The main belt has squealed from day one. Still not fixed.Two tires blew due to being in poor condition and when the wheel is turned to the right something under the hood still clicks. I was told by Zeus all these problems would be fixed but was later told they will not do so. And I just found out from Toyota there are 6 serious recalls on the vehicle that are going to require a week to fix. They sold me a lemon. I will not do business with them again. Sold a car with wobbling at speed, after two trips to their dealership, I was handed an invoice for completed work. After bringing my car to a long time trusted ASE certified garage, they informed me that no new parts were installed. This is AFTER I fought with their incompetent staff trying to get my refund on an awful warranty. They will lie to you with every breath. They DO NOT care if you are safe in your car. They only seek to take advantage of people in need of a car with tough financial situations. They are masters at manipulation. When buying a pre-owned vehicle, especially one that is older, it is important to understand that it is purchased "as is." As such, the vehicle isn't going to be perfect. Things may break down over time. The dealership can only be responsible for repairs that need to be done within the warranty period in the sales contract. Cactus sold a 2009 BMW 335i to my son (his mother) and the vehicle was solid. It was by no means perfect and Cactus didn't claim it to be. They were honest in the assessment of the vehicle and about repairs that would likely need to be done in the future. After my son started driving the vehicle (within the warranty period), some issues surfaced. I was very happy that Taj and her service crew repaired the vehicle as promised and at no charge. While driving away, I noticed the ignition was being "funny", so I told Gary. He said give me a call in the morning (he stayed after hours to find alive my car). This is a garbage dealer. Sold me the worst lemon in the world. Went to their service department like a month after buying the car and multiple other times all about the same issues. They always said they couldn't find anything. Now the problem was finally presented itself (to the Chevy dealer, not the cactus auto service department) and the warranty we got through cactus auto won't even cover the thousands of dollars in damages because they're blaming us for the issue. We saw a van advertised on their website and went to look at it on a Saturday. When we got there, the first guy that talked to us asked if he could help but didn't introduce himself. We told him that we wanted to look at that particular van. He said he'd get the keys and suggested that we look around. He didn't tell us where the van was parked, and he disappeared. We started looking and several others asked if we'd been helped. We said we had but didn't know his name because he hadn't introduced himself. Since we'd been "helped", the next couple of guys weren't interested in helping. Finally, asked and we told him about the van and they told us where it was parked. When we found the van and looked it over, still on our own, we discovered that the interior engine cover was in the center of the van and the engine was exposed. My wife gave up then. I waited another five minutes or more for the first salesperson to finally come back. He said that they were waiting for a part and they couldn't even start it until Monday or Tuesday. I started to walk away and mentioned that they shouldn't have advertised the van if it wasn't ready to sell. He said they'd have it running on Monday or Tuesday and I could come back. I said that I'd already driven across town to look at it because they advertised it as being ready to sell and they were wasting my time because it obviously wasn't. He said something about they could consider that in the negotiations. Again I said no, they were just wasting my time. I needed to purchase a vehicle for my son to use at college. Looking for something reliable that would get him back and forth from Phoenix to Tucson. I looked at several cars at several dealerships as well as a couple private sellers. I brought a couple cars over to my mechanic at BrakeMax (love those guys in Oro Valley - Rick and Leroy) and the cars were not up to the cut. Then After scouring the internet I found a nice looking Ford Mustang that had decent miles. I contacted Chris and made an appointment to look at the car. When I got there, he grabbed the keys handed them to me and let me go take a 30 minute test drive. I liked the car so asked if I could bring it to my mechanic at BrakeMax 30 minutes away. He handed me the keys again and I was off to see the mechanic. At BrakeMax when they saw the car they told me that many times a Mustang is modified by a young guy and 99% of the time the modifications are not good for the car. But after they spent an hour digging in every nook and cranny of the car they came back and told me it was in EXCELLENT condition. I told my BrakeMax guy the price Cactus was asking, he did a little research and said it was a very fair price. Chris was great to work with and I highly recommend him and Cactus. My experience at Cactus Auto was less than spectacular as all the reviews seems to be implying. I was guaranteed by Hans that he would help me get a car with monthly payments between $100 - $200 because I'm on a tight budget. We test drive a Chevy Aveo and I liked it. I told him that my credit was bad and I wanted to use my current car as a down payment. He assured me that they work with clients whose credit was just as bad as mine. We did the paperwork and he went next door to run my credit. After 15 minutes, he came back and told me that I had to scrap up $500 as a down payment and that my monthly payments would be about $220. WTF? Then he tried to make it sound like it's only $20 extra dollars I would have to come up with per month and I should cut back on Starbucks. Excuse me?? Where did he get the idea that I go to Starbucks on a daily basis? I don't even like Starbucks. To make a long story short, I told him thanks but no thanks on the deal. Then he told me that he would stay in touch with me in case any better deals came up. The following day, he left a message on my voicemail saying he found me a nice deal but the monthly payments would be $200. I place a call block on my phone because I don't have times for games. Either he gets me a deal that I can realistically afford or don't waste my time. So needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

So if you are a woman stay away from there. I even showed the salesmanager the text and nothing was done about this. Who wants to spend their money and then have the salesman keep calling them months after the sale and being harrassed. I have had nothing but problems with my car the tires on the vehicle were very thin and I almost got in a very serious accident. They want you to forget to bring in the car during the warranty so if something is wrong it is then your problem. If you need an oil change it takes them over 4 hours. I am VERY disappointed in the quality of service that Cactus Auto provides. DO NOT GO TO CACTUS AUTO!!!!! In November of 2016 I bought a Jeep Compass and Cactus Auto has let me down ever since. I took the car I bought from them to Phoenix that same weekend, and when I got to Riggs road, my transmission began to overheat. I proceeded to take my car to them that Monday I got home and they said they had fixed all the issues with the transmission and it would not happen again. Although they did NOT fix my car whatsoever, because within the 15 day warranty I had taken it back to Cactus Auto to get fixed THREE TIMES. Every time they said they had solved the issue, but I had to keep bringing it back because the transmission kept overheating (which is what they had said they fixed the FIRST time I brought it in). After it had been already over a year, I went back to complain about my car and how they had lied when they said they fixed it numerous times, but they were no help at all. After they sold me the car, they continued to take my money and said it was "fixed" but no problem was ever solved. Instead of offering a trade or actually fixing the car I had bought from them prior, the employees were only trying to sell me a new vehicle because they "had to make their bonus." They are nothing but a SCAM and are trying to take more money from you instead of actually helping out with the cars they sold to you in the first place.
