The owner carries many brands that are hard to find in the US. The cute little store is chock full of wonderful goodies. We spoke with the owner and she's very knowledgeable and delightful. We purchased Chocolates we cannot get anymore, even from the chocolatier. She must have an in.:) She also suggested we go to another chocolate store that we thought we had not tasted their chocolates before. We had, I just didn't recognize the name. I'm saying this because even though she sells chocolate, she still was gracious enough to recommend even other chocolate stores. If you love chocolate and are willing to pay the going rate for high-end chocolate, you must drop by and buy some pieces for yourself and gifts.

Doesn't matter- it just adds to its old-fashioned charm. They also have a café that I really wanted us to try, but there was a wait, so we decided to stick to books this time. Depending on the weeknd, you might have to stand in line outside- line moves quick. This is the kind of bookstore I'd love to stay in for hours especially on a rainy day because it has this warm, inviting feel. The book selection isn't huge, but what they do have is well-put together with a little bit of everything: fiction, nonfiction, cookbooks, etc. If you're looking for an entire collection by a particular author, you probably won't find it here. Like take John Grisham- one of my faves- you're going to find his latest but not his entire collection. I guess that's part of the charm. Lemme mention the service which was excellent and welcoming. There are three floors and the top floor is mostly children books with the most magical toy train and cute little passage door on one wall. This place is a must-visit if you are ever in Boston. Cafe -I didn't eat at the cafe because it was going to be 2 hours of wait time but it had the cutest smallest ground entrance, would love to visit next time!
