The pork had a firmer, almost pork-sung-like texture, and the sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors were a great combo. I also really liked the scotch tamago. The center was jammy and custardy, with a crisp exterior. For ramen, we had the Dark Horse. The broth was deep and rich with a little heat, and the noodles had a nice springy texture. It was a bit salty for me, but still very flavorful. The standout was definitely the Miso Baked Alaska. I mean, when in Alaska, you kind of have to get baked alaska at least once. This one was worth it. The toasted fluffy meringue, cold sweet cream ice cream, soft kinako cake, and salty-sweet miso caramel made for a really good mix of textures and flavors.
