They will modify dress and music to your needs, we asked for black tie/formal and they looked great! There must be ten in the band with all the brass you need to perform a wide variety of music. We chose some Motown and Classic Rock for the adults and the bride selected music for their guests. Their manager, Mark was very easy and professional to work with. He was attentive to our needs and prepared us for with all of the details needed. It was a pleasure to work with him. The band was perfect in so many ways, the female singers put their heart and soul into the lyrics and the sax, trumpets, trombones just topped off the group. The entire band is a great ensemble of professionals. You can't go wrong with Memphis Train.

I've been DYING to go back ever sense. I don't think I can even explain to you how addictive and all consuming the joy of playing these games are. Bonus, it's for sure a work out. If I lived closer I would would be at this joint two or three times a week, and in the best shape of my life. The games are all fast paced and high energy, but does it feel like a workout? Not at all, until you realize when you are so SHWEATY. It's like burst sprints mixed with body weights and maybe some yoga? I just know that I loved it in a way that I haven't loved physical activity since I was in my teens. The staff was all super friendly too. The perfect kind of friendly as well. We were there for almost 4 hours, and we leisurely completed 3 activities, and we spent $142 in total for 2 of us: $57 Life Chronicles - This is a 45-minute immersive expedition that took us on a historical tour of the Earth, allowing us to be in the action from 3.5 billion years ago to 500 million years ago to 300 million years ago to 67 (yep...I got to hear THAT in VR) million years ago and then a few more until we made it home! The kid loved this, and this was his favorite. My son said, "I think it was cool that the machine guided us and kept us from running into walls. And, I think it's cool that the machine scans the walls and floors to know where you are...that was really cool." They said it lasted 45 minutes. $28 Space 3D Hologram Zoo - This is interesting...this one is AR (augmented reality), not VR. You walk along a holographic wall where we could see planets and space stations. There is 1 longer section, then 3 small sections. The longer section was really worthwhile to me. Even though it's not immersive, I still enjoyed the experience (it felt like the 3d-element worked better here). I even learned that Europa may have ice volcanos! My son said, "That was amazing, really cool, crazy cool. I liked that there was more than one projectors in the first room, so it looked like asteroids were really floating. I also liked the folding 3-D papers they gave out." $57 Space-Themed VR Escape Room - With only 2 of us in there, we didn't escape...ok, we only completed 56%. BUT, he chose it as a surprise to me! It was fun, but getting used to manipulating the environment without actually touching things was challenging. Plus, he's shorter, so there were parts he couldn't reach. This one had a technical problem that caused us to sit in the headgear for at least 15 minutes before they could get us going. My son said, "I really like that we could open and close our hands (and make them double-jointed) and that we could throw things." If you're on the fence, I thought this was much better than just going to play video games at one of the usual destinations.

While scrolling on FB, an ad for the Unreal Garden caught my attention. After a quick read, I…read morelearned that it was a Verse Immersive experience using augmented reality for a scavenger hunt. My friends and I decided to go check it out after seeing that the Zoocade wasn't too far away. Although it is recommended to pre-purchase your tickets for your timed entry slot, we winged it and did a walk-in. Fortunately, we able to purchase tickets and the wait was less than 15 minutes. Once inside, you are guided to a small area to have a seat and to watch a very short instructional video on how to maneuver through the game. Then someone fits you with an AR headset and you "press" the start button when you're ready. You have 30 minutes to go through the quest. As you complete each task, new objects appear - important to look all around and up and down in order to see all of the images shown to you. It was an expensive yet interesting experience. The facility also offers other games to play and adventures to experience, including an arcade. I also notice a large seating area that appeared to be reservable for parties. Near the entrance there is a gift shop to purchase some items. It is an area that can be fun for all ages, if you're in to these types of games and experiences. I think that it is worth considering.

To the Director and Board: A good amount of money was spent to buy tickets to Verdi's Requiem. The next 15 minutes were spent looking for a parking place in the garage. I ended up parking at the very top and taking the elevator down. There were several other older ladies as well there who don't quite move quickly. By the time we walked to the door of the Long Center it was 3 minutes after the start of a 90-minute opera. I raced to get to my seat but was escorted to the upper balcony. As I entered there was a lady bandaging her leg on the stairs. From falling there. When I got to the upper balcony it was pitch dark and the helper had a flashlight that didn't work. It took me a while for my eyes to adjust and finally was able to be seated, slightly short of breath from the race and the altitude of those seats. Other nicely dressed older ladies came in after me and stumbled around to find seats. We were informed we would have to sit there for the duration as there was no intermission for a 90 minute performance. Why? I ask you why? Along with a canteen of water, a flashlight and a first aid kit do I need to bring a catheter to the Opera? This is ridiculous. I am pretty ticked off and will not attend again until something is done to remedy the deeply flawed, user-unfriendly experience I had. Navigating in the dark for a 76-year-old is not something that is a healthy activity. You do realize a lot of your audience are seniors, don't you? You do realize that you all probably go to the valet or VIP parking I passed at the one minute marker entrance to the parking lot and then go to your box seats? You're not experiencing what other people are experiencing and I'm afraid you've lost track. I hope you will do something to remedy.

The recliners are comfortable, but they do run a little short. My feet hang off the end and I'm only 5'7". Thankfully they offer cozy blankets, which I love and definitely helps. Service is easy and convenient. You can push a button if you need something or just order from your phone without missing anything. The lobby is also a nice place to hang out before or after your movie with a full bar, a pool table, and plenty of family games to play. Prices are pretty comparable to other theaters of the kind, so it doesn't feel like a big splurge. Just a really enjoyable spot for a movie night.

Then we met our instructor, Johnny, and all of that disappeared. He is an absolute delight. From the start, he made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. I quickly forgot about the windows and the other dancers. We had plenty of room, and that's entirely thanks to how Johnny guided the lesson. Even though we were doing a shorter intro session, he managed to teach us all the basics to the song we chose. Somehow, it felt incredibly intimate and personal, even in such a large, open space. We had so much fun that we've decided to continue our lessons. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for an inclusive, welcoming place with truly wonderful instructors.

I purchased movie tickets through my account as a gift for my brother and his girlfriend to celebrate something special. When they arrived, they were stopped at the concession stand and accused of committing fraud because the tickets were purchased on someone else's account. To be clear, I bought the tickets myself and sent them to them. There was absolutely nothing fraudulent about it. The employee who confronted them handled the situation in a very aggressive and unnecessary way. As an A-List member, I've never been questioned or harassed like this at the front concession stand. It felt like the situation was blown completely out of proportion. Instead of focusing on real issues, my family members were put in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position over tickets that were legitimately purchased. They did speak with the manager, Miguel, who was polite and tried to help, and I appreciate that. However, the situation still wasn't fully resolved and the tickets were not refunded despite the negative experience. AMC needs to make sure employees understand that tickets purchased through an account can be shared with friends or family. Customers shouldn't be accused of fraud for using tickets that were legitimately purchased. This was very disappointing, especially as a loyal A-List member.
