A dealer found Premier sound for me, which i thought was wierd bc they are sound and security. Anyway, i went in and met with Rick and told him what i wanted..Vacuflo. That is the only one i have ever owned and the only one i like. I have had 3 installed in 3 different houses and my daughters have also used them in their 4 homes. I met with Rick a couple of times and he came to the house twice and by looking around he could see that i have all hardwood with 2 area rugs. He kept telling me that they had to cut large squares in the walls in 3 different areas and then get a painter to patch, tape and paint. I could not understand that at all and i kept questioning it since i have seen 7 installations back home. I gave him the job and not until the end did i see why the walls had to be ripped up. My guy Nick always gave me the Turbocat which i loved because you just attach to pole and go..and since I've always had hardwood it was perfect. Well when Rick's guys hooked this up it all started to make sense. There is a huge heavy electric powerhead that has to be attached to a separate pole and then there is a plug and cord on the vac hose that has to be plugged into the receptacle next to the vac port they installed next to it. I HATE IT MORE THAN ANYTHING. Like i said i kept asking why the huge holes in the walls and he never answered me and kink of snickered. When i told him none of my others were like that he just looked at me and didn't respond. He just about made me feel like a total idiot that didn't know what she was talking about. After using it once..i texted him and he kept putting me off so i went to his office and told him i hate the head and want the Turbocat. He said he could order one for me and i would have to pay for it. i told him i wanted to exchange it since it was used once and he said he couldn't do that..it was like taking a mattress back. I said are you freaking kidding me..its nothing like that. well i got nowhere and now i have this piece of crap for a power head. 7/22... well i just got a new rug that has kind of a high pile and as soon as i put the vac head on the rug it shuts down. i tried to adjust it but it will not work on this rug. So i have this big heavy ugly head that was costly that does not work on 1 of my 2 rugs. I am very dissatisfied with Rick's business dealings..he came to my home he should have seen that i didn't need anything close to that head. I was assuming that he was looking out for my best interest(i was wrong) and seeing i had all wood flooring he never should have given me that power head. If you are looking for a Vacuflo, there are other Vacuflo dealers in the area...track them down..i wish I had!

Many of their phone reps do not have a good command of the English language, so it was extremely frustrating trying to describe the problem. They are unresponsive to viewing problems and it takes an act of Congress to get a service call or replacement box. After I dropped my AT&T cell service, my cost for Direct doubled. I then started to lose local channels without warning. When they dropped CBS with no notice, I dropped them. Don't plan to ever go back.

Works, even my sims 4 game connected okay without any connection drops. I think their internet is a good service. My dad got this in January because Internet service is like a basic thing nowadays. Anyways, Went to this office on Saturday August 16th 2025 with my mom and dad because we wanted to get a cable provider. We did research the offerings online, so we knew what we wanted, so to speak. Oh, and they also sell phones, and alarm systems. We are only interested in internet and cable. The woman that took care of us was polite and explained all of our options. She also showed us how the cable worked. For instance, they use a small cable box that one cannot even see. One can also get the firestick and stream it on there also. We opted for the cable boxes though, as we are used to that. Price was actually a little on the expensive side- we also paid for all the tv packages which included Passport and passport plus, that has MSG international so that we can watch the NY Rangers game. As New Yorkers, we like that! Passport has channels like discovery life, paramount- bar rescue anyone?, SCFY, and freeform, to name a few. Channel packages also has plenty of options. Now, haven't watched TV much except for Food that made america on the history channel, but using HTC is easy to figure out. The only thing I cannot figure out is captions, and how to turn them on. So far liking our cable service. Also easy to set up too, and easy to call the tech help number- who can help and did help solve any technical issues. So far recommend HTC internet and cable services! Note: Just editing this to 4 stars because it seems like there is no closed caption option for the cable boxes. For people who are hard of hearing like me, this is an great feature to have. Closed captions we did find on the firestick version however, and I am currently using that with no issues.
