My husband and I started planning to remodel our kitchen. We went to a few cabinet stores sat with a couple different people to try to do planning on their computer program. It was very aggravating with their sites not being user friendly even to the sales person. Started realizing we were not looking at solid wood cabinets and for the pricing I was extremely discouraged! Starting looking on line. Stumbled across Cabinets to Go. What an awesome stumble!! Went in the store at Cave Springs and met Kyle! Very clean showroom with a great selection on cabinets and countertops as well. Don't expect to buy off the showroom floor. Why would you want to because it generally only takes a week for your cabinets to come in after ordering. What a very knowledgeable genuine nice guy! Very respectful and made the entire process fun!! I sat down with him gave him the dimensions of our kitchen and he drew up plans on his computer right then and there without missing a beat and there I had it finally an actual picture of what my kitchen would look like. We even made a couple slight changes thinking to ourselves it may be a hassle for him. Kyle made the changes with ease and a smile on his face. Awesome specials on pricing! Solid wood cabinets, soft close, with dove tail joints. 1 screw driver to put them together! High quality henges that are already on the doors and if any one of them go bad they have a lifetime warranty! Thank you Cabinets to Go and especially Kyle! read more

I am so pleased that I will definitely go with Cabinets to Go when I get my forever home. For the home I live in now, I recently purchased my cabinets on line with the help of Duane who was my design professional. I picked this store although everything was done online, because I picked up from this location. I cannot praise this company enough. First of all, I was so intimidated by designing my kitchen for the first time. However Duane made my entire experience absolutely wonderful. And believe it or not, it was actually super fun to do this. I originally went to Menards and to Lowe's hoping to save some money. WRONG! Seriously do not bother. I got every single thing I wanted for my kitchen for half of what the other two stores were wanting. Not to mention these cabinets come standard with soft closing, full extension drawers, solid wood frames and dovetailed drawer boxes. All of these features were all extra at Lowe's and Menards. So here's what I know. My cabinets are beautiful, my design layout person Duane was amazing, the price was outstanding. And lastly I could not be any happier. I highly recommend this company. I have been telling everyone I know. read more

Had an excellent experience. It was long and I had many changes, but the staff was willing to accommodate and change my design numerous times. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and they look great. Janna, kyle, jenelle and Tristan were all extremely helpful. My cabinets arrived in the time frame expected and they are now installed. Thy look amazing. My only regret is there wasn't enough room left for corner cabinet bump out and skins. ALL WALLS ARE BOWED! Make sure you account for this. My cabinets and appliances are almost too tight of a fit. After bumping out the corner cabinet and adding the skins. My fridge and stove are jammed in there. My only complaint or warning is the skins. Be careful when cutting the skins. The finish on the skins is very fragile and flaked off in a few places pretty badly. I have tried to use the supplied putty to cover all the splintered areas but it didn't work very well. Luckily it down low and not very noticeable. Overall I am extremely happy with my cabinets and my overall experience. Highly recommended. My countertop guy complimented the quality as well read more

Working on upgrading an investment property and came across these guys almost by accident. Their showroom was very nice. The three kitchen examples and over a dozen cabinet examples made it easy to pick out what we liked. They also have bat vanity examples and granite samples. The young man at the door (Kyle) greeted us and made us feel at home. I had scratched out a design and rough dimensions ... he took it and in just a few minutes we had a professional design with pictures and cost. If you have just a little assembly acumen you can put these cabinets together ... or you can hire someone. I bought crown molding and still haven't put it up ... but there are YouTube videos in case you get stuck. But back to this store ...I found ALL three employees to be great ...especially this Kyle guy. I have since bought an island assembly and will keep coming back to this store. Oh by the way, the cabinets are made great .. they have dove tailed drawers with metal slow closing drawers. They include color pens and putty for touch up. Hope this helps the public ... read more

I would recommend Cabinets to go every time I hear someone needs cabinets, the prices are out of this world for the amazing quality. The cabinets are solid wood, you get the no slam cabinets and drawers and they are all so beautiful. I am sure you have heard the saying, you get what you pay for, well this is not always true. We went to Menards and Home Depot and they were double the amount of Cabinets to go and I actually liked the personal feel of this place. I have to admit you need to be patient with the associates because they are all trying to get their job done, but if you are patient they will give you the cabinets you always wanted in your kitchen. I speak so highly of this store because Jana, store manager (I believe) went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I swear that girl never takes off work, but I could not describe how it made us feel to come in and get quality care because Jana made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Cabinets to go is the place you want to go!!!! read more

So now after my cabinets are wearing an all different areas where they know that they would wear at and they won't even cover it under warranty so basically their warranty is for 30 days after that you can come back in their store and buy again and redo your kitchen for $20,000 Pretty much a joke and the people in charge managers district managers. Nobody cares they call you and tell you that it's just normal wear and tear. I wonder how they would feel if they spent $20,000 and they had pictures of their crappy cabinets and somebody's house for a year and a half And not just that now now where they seemed the counter top together they are telling me that that is normal wear and tear. The same wore out already and water is going to get down below now because it's an Undermount sink and that is where they made the cut, don't think it was such a good idea to make the cut there but I guess they didn't want to waste any product but I guess I'm just out again !!! read more

We were recommended Cabinets to go by a friend and decided to try them out. When we walked in they were more than willing to help us out and Kyle sat down to create a design with us. Their prices are incredible, almost half of the big box store price. We went in a few weeks later to finalize our order and make a few changes. They sat with us for hours (after they closed) to help us change a few things since we measured incorrectly. They were so helpful with giving us ideas on how to create our island the way we wanted it and gave us great tips on how to make sure our cabinets go all the way to the ceiling. We ordered on a Wednesday and the cabinets were ready for us to pick up in a little over a week. I highly recommend Cabinets To Go & very much appreciate all the hard work they put in to making our dream kitchen a reality. read more

The customer service we received was truly stellar. Jana and Kyle in particular are great. The selection of cabinet styles/colors is extremely limited, but if you are flexible about the style, the cabinets are very, very affordable while being very high quality. I would not recommend purchasing the roll out drawer inserts however. The drawer boxes from the actual cabinets were great. Lovely dovetail drawers. The separate inserts were much lower quality however. To take full advantage of the price, you do need to be a bit handy. We assembled all our cabinets, and it takes time and you will likely need to be able to use a drill. The folks at CTG will help with answering assembly questions (which is good since the instructions were not terribly clear) or they can put you in touch with someone who can do the assembly for you. read more

It took us about 8 months to make a final decision on which cabinets we wanted and where to get our cabinets. We ended up going back to the first place we shopped, which was Cabinets to Go in St. Peters. Jana and Kyle were absolutely fantastic to work with and even honored our first quote, which was less expensive than the promotion they were running at the time. My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers, so they were a huge help in making sure the measurements were accurate and made great recommendations on ways to get the most out of the storage space in our kitchen. Putting the cabinets together was a breeze and they fit into the prior cabinet spaces perfectly. We couldn't be more happy with the quality, construction, price and service. We will definitely recommend Cabinets To Go to our family and friends! read more

We bought cabinets from Cabinet to Go two different times (years apart) and they still had the same cabinet style we bought previously ... Yeah! We liked the part that you had to put them together since it was going to take us awhile from start to finish to complete our kitchen. We had a lot of cabinets and not a lot of storage space so the boxes were stackable and did not take up as much room as if they were put together already. You do have to be a little handy but in all they were pretty easy to put together. Jana was very helpful with our design and the cabinet size selection with in the design, both times as a matter of fact. We will definitely go back again if we ever need to buy cabinets. read more

This place is not only amazing but it also has the best employees in St. Charles County. I absolutely love my product. Yes, you have to order it but it only takes a week. I am so disappointed in Cindy's review of this place. It only makes sense not to have a lot of inventory, hence the reason for the order. This is a way to keep the prices DOWN. This place has been here 6 years, you should expect some dings on the models when you have people in and out with kids. The product you receive is fabulous. Don't allow 1 person to determine where you shop. Try it out for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed. read more

My husband was in the on nov 28 2017 looking for kitchen cabinets, Janell Campbell helped us she was so very patient with us as we wasn't sure what we wanted we was there for almost 3 hours changing things, she even stayed s hour over to finish our order,Janell knew what she was doing if my husband wanted to change something she was honest and told us if it wouldn't work. Well we finally got it done got the cabinets ordered and they they will be here fast. I would highly recommend this store and I will go back out there to order again when we remodel our rental house. Thanks Janelle!! Ken & Pam Kalb read more

Very good experience from beginning to the end! Janell designed our kitchen exactly the way we pictured it. Cabinets came in within a week as we were told and Kyle came to the house to put them together. Very pleased with the material, design and completed product. We searched several places before going back to Cabinets To Go...they have great customer service, really could see what cabinets would look like from the displays in show room and best all around pricing. We would refer them to family and friends. Can't wait to send Janell pics of kitchen once totally complete... read more

Patrick at Cabinets To Go in St Peters was great! He helped us design our new kitchen so we could see how it would look--even opening cabinet doors up on a larger computer screen, so we'd know exactly what particular cabinets were like. Then he helped order the right sizes & shapes to fit our room right down to the perfect choice of kitchen sink! We felt like he really cared about getting everything right; I don't think we could have had a better experience anywhere else. When we get ready to redo our bathroom, we're going back to Cabinets To Go and ask for Patrick! read more

Our experience with cabinets to go in St. Peters was exceptional. Brannon was our sales person but, if he were not available, and I had questions or needed anything, Janna was just as courteous and helpful. My cabinets were fairly easy to assemble, the quality and craftsmanship were unbeatable.I think that the assembly instructions could be improved, such as door adjustments but, my overall experience with cabinets to go has been 5- star! Cabinets to go has a good quality product at a very reasonable price. They have plywood sides and dovetail drawers in all their cabinets. The doors are either wood or MDF if it is one of their painted cabinets. since they come unbuilt its easy to adjust the depth of a cabinet to fit your space as I have done. The cabinets are easy to build and I have only had the best experience from the store and would definitely return for my next product. A special thanks goes out to Jana as she has always provided me the best customer service. read more

We love our new kitchen and laundry room cabinets, and bathroom vanities from Cabinets To Go! Very good quality wood, Jana and her crew are extremely nice to work with. They are very personable there, even checked out the contents of our boxes before we came in for pick-up to be sure everything was there and there were no damaged cabinets. I couldn't believe how smooth this part of our project was. They were always easy to get ahold of, quick to answer phone calls and emails when I had questions. I highly recommend this place!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Jana and the team at Cabinets To Go!! Jana was so helpful in the layout, suggestions and everything to do with the ordering. The cabinets were super easy to put together (saving us a big chunk of $$) and look fantastic in out kitchen. They recommended a contractor and stone countertop installer that both turned out great as well. I would recommend then to anyone that was doing a remodel and wanted quality cabinets without the big price tag. read more

The staff was incredibly patient, kind, courteous, and professional. Kyle was our chief designer. He was especially patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Jana offered her expert help when Kyle was not available. She was great! And then met Michelle on a subsequent visit and she too was awesome! I talked to Caelin several times on the phone and he too was very polite, kind, and courteous. Awesome staff! Appreciate all that you did for us! read more
