That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it. The missing outlet that the installer had to cut out because they didn't do it at the warehouse b Poor quality and not professional.

These guys get sub-contracted out by larger companies, and I had issues with those larger…read morecompanies, but these guys who did the actual work were amazing. Their turnaround between receiving the order and having a finished install was only THREE DAYS, and we had a HUGE kitchen and several bathrooms done all at once in a new build. Had everything installed and done in a couple of hours. Where the seams between the slabs are? If you don't know exactly where to look for them, you're not gonna find 'em. Ended up with a slight problem later where a door just barely clipped into the counter edge (not their fault, we didn't even have that door set yet when they were there and it was like half a millimeter). We gave them a call, they came out and redid the corner free of charge. Everyone I talked to was nice, professional, and courteous. I got constant updates and calls from them, they gave us a head's up before coming out so we could make sure someone was on site, and despite a few problems that were entirely our fault for not letting them know about ahead of time they rolled with everything and got the job done like pro's. Again, I had and am still having some somewhat serious problems with the companies higher up the food chain that aren't wanting to honor the deal they made us (namely Lowe's and whatever middle-man sales company is being used), but that in no way reflects on these guys. They were great!

We picked the slab, and I very specifically opted for a 2" border instead of a 5". The counter was installed without the border so I called Jack to make sure they were going to install a 2" not a 5". He assured me it would be a 2". Today I see a 5" was glued in, and even along my cabinets. When I called him he told me to deal with my builder and completely wiped his hands of the whole situation. My builder said to uninstall it will ruin not only the walls but also the cabinet. I'm so furious at the lack of professionalism and the lack of ethic from Jack and his company that there is NO WAY I would ever recommend this company to anyone. Be careful - stay away from Jack at Creative Surfaces!
