The stock cabinets did not meet our needs, we looked at ordering custom cabinets which was what we expected. The stain color choices was very limited in the style we wanted. They did have a nice countertop we wanted. Once we decided on the layout we were handed the estimate and the price was nearly triple our other two quotes for custom built cabinets. The granite counter was a competitive price, but we will not be spending over 41k for cabinets and countertops. The estimate was so out of line with the other two estimates, it's not even worth calling them back to ask why.

That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it. The missing outlet that the installer had to cut out because they didn't do it at the warehouse b Poor quality and not professional.
