Kelsey at Cabinets to Go in Franklin has been rude and tells me my order has been submitted for processing, then I find that something was wrong with the order and she has to send me the docusign again. I had to go to the store to get a response the 2nd time this happened, as they don't answer the phone or return calls. Today is my 7th time to sign the docusign agreement. This process started on April 26 and it's now May 27 and the fabricator still does not have the order. They have had my money for a month, and can't seem to do it right the first 7 times. I finally had to call their customer service department. read more

Purchased a set of kitchen cabinets and just got around to installing them in a complete gut/rebuild of an old farm house. Discovered that the $200 in toe kick was not in the order and there was $800 in filler panels that were not needed. 2 emails and 2 voicemails to the rep who is a national or regional sales manager (Jana) and no response. Local store told me they will pass on the information to whoever. Still crickets. Based on how handled after the sale, I would not do business with them again. Very disapointing with the after sale service. Without post sale service, a company is not worth a dime. read more

The product itself is great but to avoid very expensive shipping costs, my husband drove two hours to pick up our closet system in Franklin, TN. Upon installing the closet system, it was noticed that the back of one shelving system was missing and the brackets to hold a rod were broken. He contacted the customer service several times. When he was finally able to speak to someone it was very difficult for them to understand the issue. It was finally agreed that the missing piece and new brackets would be mailed to our home asap to finish installing the closet system. We currently have most of our clothing sitting on our couch. After a week of waiting, nothing arrived. When he called the store again, it turns out that they decided to have the missing part shipped to their store, forcing my husband to have to drive 2 hours again. A major inconvenience for a mistake they made in the first place. My husband asked to speak to a manager in customer service to discuss his grievance and it took several days for the manager to call him back. She was very rude and not willing to help with the situation. All we wanted was for the items to be shipped to our home. my husband called her out on the attitude and she hung up on him. We spent over $2,000 on this closet system. You would think they would appreciate their customers better. I do not recommend this company at all!! Buyers beware!! read more

The service at this place has been unbelievably bad. None of the designers know what they are doing or care, except for the older woman in the front. She knows her business. Unfortunately, next time I came back to talk her, she was gone! I will not trust my business to any of the other two "designers". read more

Our sales person was not knowledgeable about what appliances can go in the cabinets, we were missing hardware/door handle's, we are having to order parts and install them ourselves to fix their mistakes. Installer's badmouth the company, cabinets are overpriced, customer service is terrible, calls go unreturned, we started July 6th, still trying to complete the project. Not my favorite thing to do but this is the only recourse when the company is unwilling to resolve their mistakes. Cabinets are great however our doors need to be adjusted as most do not close or rub against each other. read more

The staff was absolutely uninterested in us. No acknowledgment when we walked into the showroom from the woman at the door. We passed by her. Another young woman sitting down vaguely pointed at the cabinets and said that was all they had. Their interest peaked our interest so we turned around and left. I'm glad we left. I read some reviews of the company and found out why customer service couldn't care less. read more

John was great and helped us with the project from start to finish. Our problem is with management. We had a competitor quote we asked them to match and even thought their website explicitly says they price match they gave me a hard time doing so. They agreed to come down off the quote by 1k which was still higher than the competitor but the warranty was worth the cost in my opinion. Keep in mind we had a design we liked and took into account windows, appliances, etc.... they requested the competitor quote which was reasonable to compare "apples to apples". They came back with the agreement and made no mention they altered our plan. Well turns out they completely threw out our design and went off the competitor quote for our order. Here's the problem the competitor didn't take into account our window and had cabinets that wouldn't fit that wall. Not knowing cabinets to go would just duplicate their quote I agreed to sign paperwork and payed that day. I'm doing all the work myself and have been building cabinets and I noticed things were not adding up. Reviewed the quote and drawing; noticed it didn't match. I asked them to swap the 3 cabinets for the correct size and gave them the design drawing we agreed upon to be informed the design drawing isn't valid since they had to go off the competitor quote. I wish I would have known that because I would have reviewed the quote better before signing anything. Now I have to pay 25% restocking fee for items they will store and sell at full price. If your curious the fee comes out to $243 and thats for me to drive them to their faciltiy, drop off the cabinets that are wrong and pick up the correct ones. Shame on me for not reviewing the quote after the fact but shame on them for selling me cabinets they knew wouldn't fit. We were going to use them for our new home build but after all this I doubt we will. Attached is a screenshot of their price match policy and no where does it say anything about having to sell you exact cabinets. They just want to verify quality, material, warranty, thickness and width. So changing the design was not policy to match the competitor. read more

Under no circumstances should you use Cabinets to Go. Do not do it. They will lie to you, ignore your phone calls, fire their employees mid-job (and not replace them or contact you about it) and completely botch every step of the process. I don't have the time or energy to detail all of the ways they are terrible because I have to physically drive to the store because they won't pick up the phone to solve yet another mess-up on their part. Horrible experience, We paid Cabinets to go to help us create a kitchenet for a mother-in-law sweet and the messed up the design. We had to reconfigure a wall to accommodate this error and we have gotten now where with our requests for compensation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Below is just some of the communication and pictures from our experience. Haven Thank you for the fast response. My apologies but the customer service rep that sent you our original complaint did not understand the issue. The design was done by Miranda. She was very helpful and we gave her measurements and told her the purpose of each area of the countertop. We informed her we needed a section for an upper Microwave/convection oven and she showed us the diagram and it made space for the equipment. We were thrilled with the layout she presented and didn't think twice about it as we are not professionals. We were told that a professional team was coming to take measurements and ensure the layout would work. They came and left and we were told everything was a go. Install was to be in the first week of May. After the second week of May and no word from the store I started the calls. It took another 4 weeks of calling to get the single cabinet that was on backorder from another location. The two man crew came and installed the counters and found that the molding that Miranda chose was too short and would not reach the ceiling like we requested. We ran to Lowes and purchased our own crown and the team installed it instead of the product sent. I was then told I would need to take the crown back to Cabinets to go. I did so and this was refunded. We then had our carpenter team come a couple of weeks later to start the rest of the remodel. They pointed out several things that were wrong with the install. poor installation of the molding and they didn't install one side of the unit in the correct place so they had to notch out the molding. One side of the cabinets are about an inch from the door molding and the other side about a half inch. I will attach pictures. We then installed the Microwave into the designated area. Not having understanding prior to installing that there needs to be room for the door to open. The contractors we had here were adamant that the designer of the layout (cabinets to go) should have caught this and come up with a different layout. We had to make a decision. Hold up the basement conversion to have Cabinets to Go come out and fix the issue. After two months of waiting for the original cabinets I no longer had trust that we could get this resolved quickly. We made the decision to alter the wall the Microwave was butted up next two. This caused us additional labor and materials to our job. We have been in contact with Cabinets to Go for three weeks. I keep being told by John, who has been kind and as helpful as he can be, that he and his manager are getting nowhere with this and can not get me an answer to my requested partial refund. He is in agreement that one should be given. He has acknowledged that a mistake on their part was made and that he would do everything he could to fix it. With no resolution for this long I have decided to contact Customer Care and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Please feel free to call if my description of the issue was lacking. Convenient and quick. I ordered in stock cabinets for 2 bathroom remodels simply because they could meet my timeline. However, a few weeks after installation it became apparent that many of the drawers wouldn't stay on the rails. I called and was immediately referred to the national customer service line. When I called that number I was sent to a foreign customer service agent that, due to a language barrier, turned what should've been a 10 minute conversation into a frustrating 30 minute conversation that went around in circles. Months later they have sent me parts and pieces (that I didn't even request) and I guess expect me to repair the problems myself. I've begged until I'm blue in the face for them to send the people who installed them back to my house to fix them but to no avail. So every time my kids use their brand new drawers, they fall off the rails. SUPER FUN. I can't recommend. read more

They did have cabinets in stock but their measuring was off and their third party installer, Elkins Construction, started the installation, then called for more money and refused to continue the job unless he was paid more. I had already paid upfront and had a signed contract through Cabinets to Go. Went back to Cabinets to Go for help and they did nothing to help. Had to find an installer to finish the job and am now asking for a refund. Hope I get it. Cabinets to Go and Elkins Construction get a zero for professionalism and integrity from me. read more

Couldn't be happier with my entire Cabinets To Go experience. Jackson was great to work with and SUPER helpful. The cabinets came in far more quickly than we expected (in the middle of a pandemic, no less!). The quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations. They were extremely easy to assemble and EVERYTHING is perfectly square and level without any adjustments. Overall, we feel we received excellent service and great value on quality products!
