Wayne did our pull-outs last week. Wayne comes with integrity, professionalism, work-ethic, quality product and price. Wayne does one thing and that is pull-outs and he takes pride in his work and it shows. I told him just one page of review will not suffice. My wife and I did at least 5 estimates before we picked Wayne and his brutal honesty impressed both of us. 1. He shows up on time. 2. Does not make a mess, he brings his bootie (shoe cover) and rolls out spread-cloth over the floor, all his tools are properly labelled, lined up for his work. 3. Works very efficiently, methodically. 4. He orders exactly what was requested during estimate time. 5. His products are superior bar none, the pullouts, metals involved are very top shelf premium stuff. 6.When he left, he did not leave a single mess; my wife opened the main door after some time when he completed and left and still saw him cleaning up every inch of stuff from the driveway. I will definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends and will use him once more when I need additional work done. Hopefully, he does not retire. read more

I have a small galley type kitchen, so functionality and better use of limited space was my goal. Now that Wayne has performed his "magic" in my kitchen, I am more than delighted. No longer do I have to get on my hands and knees to find the right pot, lid, casserole dish, etc, in my lower kitchen cabinets. Those cabinets now beautifully roll completely out for a full view and easy accessibility for everything stored there. Also, I had one of those "black hole" type pantries where things always got lost at the back. Now I have every shelf completely rolling out. I'm so happy to finally know what's always in that cabinet. When you call Wayne, he promptly returns your phone calls and arrives on time for your scheduled appt. I truly appreciate his perfectionism and tidiness on the job, and the materials he uses are top notch. I have referred Wayne to my friends, and they are equally very happy with the job he did for them. In my opinion, don't bother calling anyone else. Wayne of Handle It is the real deal! read more

I definitely will give Wayne 5 stars as he deserves them. After the fourth time my original shelves collapsed I figured it was time to really be serious and do something about it. So I called Wayne who had worked on my friend's cabinets to perfection. He came out, measured, and within a week or so was back with the new pullouts. He was fully equipped with the tools he needed to do the job and did it with ease. He even reinforced an above cupboard with no charge making it look like it had always been there. The pullouts are wonderful and I am so proud of them, showing my friends that come into my home. He is only one of many you would be proud and happy to refer to your friends for such a technical job. Not only the above, but when he left, one would have never known anyone was in the kitchen doing the extensive job that he did. It was spic and span. read more

After trying to get 4-5 different cabinet companies come out and replace the 25 year old rails on our cabinets to be the newer "soft close" types of drawers - we could never get anyone to show up and the 1-2 that did were outrageously expensive - so I had pretty much given up on the idea until I saw this companies ad in a local publication and figured I would try one last company. I was so pleased when Wayne (the owner) came out about 40 minutes after I called him, gave me a very fair quote and when I told him "let's do it" he came back 2 days later and spent the day getting everything installed. He went so far to fix some of the damaged drawers while he already had them out (which was above and beyond what I expected). I HIGHLY recommend this company for cabinet/drawer work. read more

Beautiful & professional workmanship. Wayne was great to work with and excellent in his job. We had someone else tell us that we had the wrong kind of hinges and doors & could not have the pull out drawers installed without replacing them. Wayne had already given us a bid & assured us that he would do the job correctly & that there was no problem. We just had to trust him on this & are so happy we did. Wayne stands behind his work. What a fantastic difference it makes to have the kitchenware accessible. The cookie sheet racks over the oven & drawer dividers are also wonderful. When hiring please watch out. Read reviews. There are some unqualified & unethical tradesmen out there. We feel fortunate to have contracted with Wayne. Highly recommend! Worth every penny. read more

Wayne is a very exacting contractor who installed my roll out shelves and new door handles with precision templates and wood spacers so that every handle and shelf is installed perfectly aligned. Viewing the whole kitchen I would have thought I would see at least one handle askew. All were perfectly aligned. All handles were quality color and metal. The roll out shelves are made out of hardwood, even the bottoms. As I watched him work I began to realize this is a guy who takes pride in every little thing he does and isn't satisfied until the work meets his exacting standards. Several times he went back and corrected several flaws that I couldn't see even after he pointed them out to me. In short I highly recommend Handle It. read more

I saw Handle It advertised in a Murrieta coupon book. I called and spoke to Wayne the owner , and I'm glad I did . Wayne has a no pressure no up-sell attitude. My wife and I were expecting to only add some drawer pulls and knobs to update our kitchen. The quote he gave us for knobs, pulls, and pull out shelving was so affordable we wound up doing all 3 bathrooms, the laundry room and all cabinetry throughout the entire house!!. He gave us a install date 30 days out, refused to take any form of payment until the install date. He is professional, punctual, and has integrity and great pride in his work. That's a hard combination to find these days. I highly recommend Handle It and will Definitely use him again. read more

We really lucked out when we were referred to Wayne. He came to our house provided us an estimate / proposal for kitchen cabinet pull out drawers. Wayne provided us with an excellent price on the spot. He was very professional and loves his work. The pull out drawers are beautiful and top quality. We love it no more getting down on our knees to pull out items deep in the back of the cabinet. We scheduled a time for the install Wayne called the day before showed up on time, performed the work in one day, very clean and professional. Wayne will be back to install the cabinet handles once the cabinets are resurfaced. We highly recommend Wayne. read more

Wayne was amazing. We had challenging small pantries and I have had 4 other companies come out to give me a quote and to have a solution to make them work. All 4 said I would loose space as there is a wood strip in between the 2 side doors and really could not do anything. Well I called Handle it after seeing his ad. He came out the same day and had a solution. I ordered with him that same day. He thought it would be 2 wks before he could install. It was about a week. And they are AMAZING! I LOVE my pantries now. I can see everything, keep it organized. And they look beautiful. Thank you Wayne!!! Your the best! read more

I got my kitchen cabinets roll out drawers made by Wayne. He is a very professional, courteous and genuine person to deal with. He did an excellent job and my wife is the happiest person while working in the kitchen now. I was so impressed with his style and ethics of work that I have recommended his name to all my family and friends in case they need anything done. Last but not the least, above everything else, Wayne's quote was the lowest out of all other I received. May God Almighty grant him all the success to such a talented and honest person. I recently moved to Temecula and into a new house. We quickly realized we needed to upgrade our kitchen cabinets with pull-out drawers. We found Handel It through a distributed coupon, and Wayne came by within a few hours to give us a reasonable quote. A week later, he scheduled the installation. Wayne was punctual, efficient, and reliable. Both Blake and Wayne were very professional and swiftly installed 13 drawers. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and didn't need any guidance. I am very happy with the product and service and highly recommend him. read more

Decided to upgrade our original kitchen drawers and called Handle It for a quote. Wayne came out and explained everything in detail and gave us a great price. There was no pressure in the sale and I could tell why Wayne has been in this business for so long. The install went fantastic- Wayne was right on time and did a great job with everything(including clean-up). I am really pleased with the quality of the drawers and especially like the self-closing feature. I would highly recommend Handle It if you're in the market for a kitchen upgrade. read more

A deep pantry cabinet and lower cabinets felt like "no man's land." I finally decided to treat myself to slide out shelves to make them accessible. A flyer in the mail included a coupon with the discount price. I called Handle It for an estimate to compare. Wayne was clearly and expert in his field. Even better, his prices were lower than the sale coupon. Job completed yesterday. Excellent quality, professional work from beginning to end. The YELP reviews almost sounded too good to be true -- but they are. Best decision of the year. read more

Wayne is very professional and easy to work with, he called to confirm and arrived on time for both estimate and installation and was very organized. It is obvious that he is a perfectionist which is what you want for this type of product/installation! The rollout drawers he installed in our kitchen are of very high quality (made in the USA of birch wood) and they all fit perfectly. I wish I had done this sooner and may have him come back to add more drawers. I highly recommend Handle It!! read more

Wayne did an amazing job! ALL of my expectations were surpassed, which isn't easy to do. This man is the real deal. He does it all himself and you can tell he takes pride in it. Not only do I have an amazingly functional pantry now but it's just all so beautiful too. Did I mention the dovetail detail? Oh my goodness I couldn't be happier. His pricing is more than competitive, he's in a league all his own, I saved quite a bit of time and money going with him. Thanks again Wayne read more

So pleased and satisfied with our new Cabinet pulls outs. NO more bending over reaching in back. Thanks Wayne Thornhill for an efficient professional and job well done with every detail, and for your honest suggestions. Reading other great reviews and I agree with many. It's a good service to recommend good workmanship to others and the community. I can see why so many neighbors in our new community of Menifee Orchids have recommended you, and has called you for the job. read more

Wayne installed soft close hinges and rails on all of my kitchen drawers and cabinets. He was a professional. He knows his craft and will assist you in making decisions. He communicates, was on time and did a fantastic job. Wayne works hard and is a perfectionist. I am at the beginning of a remodel and he is willing to go above and beyond so that his job works with the other contractors. He will be returning to install my handles. I would recommend him highly. read more

We did eight custom size pull out drawers with Wayne Thornhill from Handle It. It was a quick and totally painless process. Took less time then expected too, fortunately for our timing. We even had one particular cabinet's center post removed in order to enlarge the storage access area and it's wonderful. Now we can load up the cabinets and not sit on the floor to see what is way in back? Highly recommend doing this type of upgrade and Wayne makes it very easy! read more

From the presentation to installation we couldn't be happier with the result. Wayne was clear on his presentation and clear on his price and he did the work professionally and we now have 6 new roll-out cabinet drawers which are a pleasure to use! I've read through other reviews...and I don't need to add any more. Everyone who have hired Wayne to do it right...Is RIGHT!! Thanks Wayne...next will be upgrading a rental property. Will be in touch. read more
