The manager passed me off to another manager who lied about the incident, refused to show me the video, and said corporate would call me. They never did. He said, "We have our customers know exactly what product they want before we come out there or else it's just a waste of our time." I thanked him for the call back and hung up. As a three-time (really four-time) returning customer, I'm writing this review with a lot of…read morefrustration and disappointment. My previous experiences with this company were positive--good enough that I would've rated them a solid 4 stars. The work was well done, and I was happy enough to keep coming back, even knowing they weren't the cheapest option out there. I believed I was paying for quality, and until recently, I felt I was getting it. Fast forward to our most recent project--an outdoor bar and kitchen installed about 18 months ago. On Memorial Day, the seam in the granite countertop broke, causing the counter itself to break. We were told the damage was irreparable. Honestly, for something as durable (and expensive) as granite, we expected it to last much longer than 18 months. During my conversations with their staff, I kept hearing, "We're a good company--we'll make this right." That gave me some initial hope. But after a few visits and discussions, it was determined that the failure was likely due to lack of support underneath and glue failure. That's not a customer error--that's a workmanship issue. With major events coming up at our house (a graduation and a wedding shower), I was under pressure to get this resolved quickly. I started talking with the general manager about how to move forward. That's when I learned what "make it right" meant: I would need to purchase a brand-new countertop--again--and also pay for additional supports that should have been included the first time. There are a few key points that I think matter here: * The original install was done in the middle of winter--10 degrees outside--despite me clearly saying I wasn't in a rush and it just needed to be done by Memorial Day. * They claim the cold and glue failure weren't factors, but I have my doubts. * I never wanted a seam in the counter to begin with. I was told it was unavoidable and that I wouldn't notice it. But I did notice it, and more importantly--it failed. * Oddly, the replacement countertop didn't require a seam. That only raises more questions for me. We also spent a lot of time planning where to put the supports for the replacement, but no one discussed the lack of support on the original install. I even gave the installer corbels during the original job, and he said they weren't needed because "the counter isn't going anywhere." Well, it did. That same installer came back to help with the replacement and even thought the work was being done at no charge--just the supports. Turns out, I was buying a brand-new countertop. To me, a good company stands by its work, especially for loyal returning customers, and even more so when it's clear the issue was due to how the product was installed--not user error. Granite is supposed to last for years. That's the whole reason people invest in it. Ours didn't even make it to two years. So, would I use this company again? No. I don't think I would. There are definitely some kind people working there, and I genuinely believe they wanted to make it right--right up until the moment I had to write a check for a new counter. And that's where the trust ended.

I hired the company to repair a crack in a fiberglass shower pan. The quote was provided based only on photos I sent, without the owner or any company representative inspecting the job in person beforehand. On January 25, 2026, before agreeing to the work, I specifically confirmed with the company that the repair would be reinforced and covered by a written lifetime warranty. I also asked whether there could be additional costs if more damage was discovered during the repair so there would be no surprises. Based on those representations, I agreed to move forward and paid for the repair in full. The work was completed on January 28, 2026. Unfortunately, less than one month later, the repaired area cracked again in essentially the same location. On February 23, 2026, I contacted the company about the failure. Instead of repairing the issue under the warranty that had been discussed prior to the work, I was told the repair would only be addressed if I agreed to additional invasive work and additional charges. I made several attempts to resolve the situation and even offered to have any potential underlying issues evaluated separately. However, the company declined to proceed unless I agreed in advance that both the new repair and the original repair would not be covered under warranty. During that conversation the owner stated that we could "go to court." For transparency, I have attached screenshots. After posting a review, the owner sent me a text message demanding that I remove the review by 5:00 PM and stating that I would be sued for $3,000 plus attorney fees if it was not taken down. This review reflects my personal experience with this repair and the warranty discussions that occurred prior to the work being done. I have since had the shower pan repaired by another contractor. During that repair the previous patch was removed and the area was inspected. The contractor who completed that repair was not able to identify a "rotted pan" that had previously been suggested as a possible cause. I am sharing this review simply to document my experience and the timeline of events so that other homeowners can make an informed decision.

Since then, each winter, my flooring separates in several spots and each winter these separations get wider. In contrast to this I have adjacent areas of flooring that butt up against each other too tightly causing a visual lift at the edges.
