We absolutely love our new kitchen! We just used Cabinet Creations Plus and Anthony Vincent Construction for our kitchen remodel. The transformation from our old kitchen to our new kitchen is unbelievable. Our kitchen is beautiful! They are so easy to work with. The owner, Tony, has a great eye for design and offered us so many great ideas that we hadn't thought of ourselves to help us design our dream kitchen! The crew was professional, friendly and highly skilled. Everything exceeded our expectations! We would definitely recommend them and we would use them again for future remodeling projects. If you are thinking about getting new cabinets or doing a whole kitchen remodel, give them a try! You will be so glad you did. read more

We worked with Tony on some drawings for our kitchen - even paid him $399 for them but in the end decided on different cabinets and a TOTALLY different design that I drew myself by hand. We did really like the accent cabinets CCP had for our island so I reached out for new pricing. Instead of pricing, I got this amazing email accusing me of taking his design - that I paid for- to another company and then basically telling me he had no interest in doing business with me. I never asked for a refund and he makes references to business policy's that are non existent at least in writing. Finally he knew we wouldn't be making a decision for more than 90 days so had I known of this secret policy - I never would have paid for anything! He made a lot of assumptions in his email when all I was asking for was revised pricing! I reached out twice but he hasn't responded. No stars for Tony! read more

About Cabinet CreationsPlus: I am so excited, and still so excited with our new kitchen. Tony and the team at AVC Construction and Cabinet CreationsPlus did such a fantastic job for our kitchen and small powder room. I still catch myself just staring at the kitchen, the cabinets, granite, backsplash, floor, and walls, because I cannot believe that my dreams had actually come to fruition. It is beautiful and I cannot say enough about the team that put it all together with Tony's lead. I could not be more pleased with each aspect of the job, the painters, the electrician, Carlos-did such a fantastic job on my backsplash, as I mentioned, I love the finished look of it all. I have recommended them to several of my friends. Thank you again Tony and team for all your work. read more

I would absolutely NOT recommend this organization as they false advertise their products and then do not make good when there are issues. The below was part of an email that I had sent to the owner, Tony, who said there was nothing he was willing to do to make good. Just poor customer service and follow through. As a small business owner in a very competitive space, I thought I would share some open and honest feedback with you to be helpful. My wife and I came to your store where we met Bob and he took us through your product offerings. In fact, we had the opportunity to meet you that visit and I was pleased at what a professional organization you have built. We went through the process of picking out the cabinets, colors, types of inserts and layout with Bob and we were provided with a time frame on how long the cabinets would take once we signed the agreement. Per Bob's direction, we were told that anything standard from J&K Cabinetry would take approximately 2 weeks. We were told that anything custom from Countryside would take approximately 4 weeks (double the time frame). We used two different types of cabinets (standard white cabinets from J&K and custom color cabinets and hood from Countryside). The sequence of events were then as follows: 3/19 - We signed the agreement/contract on March 19, 2018 and will be happy to forward the documentation on that if needed. 5/14 - On May 14, 2018 we were sent an email that said they would give us a 48 hour update on May 21, 2018 5/21 - We were told on May 21, 2018 that the cabinets would be delivered on May 24, 2018. 5/24 - No cabinets were delivered 5/25 - Cabinets were delivered (with many damaged pieces as well as broken glass pieces) 5/30 - Cabinets were installed by carpenter 7/20 - Vent hood over range top still not installed due to no insert/blower So, to recap, we were told 2 weeks for the J&K cabinets and 4 weeks for the Countryside cabinets/hood and the process ended up taking approximately 10 weeks (not to mention that the hood is still not installed due to the vent/blower issue). I work in sales and run a rather large sales team for a major media organization, so, I am the first one to understand and agree that "shit happens" and sometimes things are late. In fairness, it is one thing to be a week or two late but to be more than 4-6 weeks late (double the projected time frame) is another and just not acceptable. I believe we were sold a product with an unrealistic time frame in order to secure the business. As I said earlier in the email, it is a very competitive space so we looked at a number of vendors before making this decision. Then we have the issue of our hood/vent where I have a contractor, cabinet representative and an appliance person all pointing fingers at each other and I am left with no functioning hood/vent approaching almost 20 weeks now. Everyone wants to lay blame but no one is providing acceptable solutions to get this rectified in a timely manner. So, as I think you might agree, it is frustrating as the consumer who has spent well over $15K on this kitchen. So, as I noted earlier, I am in sales and understand that issues can happen during the course of a project. In my profession, clients ask me for a make good when things go wrong as what they agreed to was not fulfilled. I certainly do my best to mitigate those make goods but reputations are at stake and in competitive environments, reputation is everything. I think we need to discuss what a make good could look like as a 4-6 week delay cost me a lot of money based on not having a kitchen in place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a family of five people, it gets very expensive to feed that many people with no kitchen (over $4K-$5K of expense at minimum). So, I would like to get an understanding from you on how you would like to resolve this situation so I can walk away a happy customer and share with my network how great of a process it was working with you and your team. read more

My Contractor, Lenny from North Shore remodeling who was a nightmare, took me to Tony at Cabinet Creations. Tony drew up a new layout for my kitchen and we proceeded. Cabinets came and my contractor butchered them. They damaged doors, drilled screws into the back of my cabinets so you could see them through my glass doors. So many things too numerous to list. I called Tony who was just my salesman and designer. He had NOTHING to do with install. I didn't know what to do after Lenny the contractor bailed on us. He came out and surveyed the damage. Some could have been from manufacturer. Most of the damage was from my contractor. He took over. Introduced me to his installers who took apart my kitchen and reinstalled all my cabinets. And ordered new door for me. Nacho and Karla his 2 installers have become like family. Tony made numerous trips out to our home and saved me from insanity. He called Home Depot and stopped my granite countertop literally minutes before it was cut to have another measure because my whole island was installed crooked. I had several humorous reassuring phone calls from Lori, which I appreciated. We did pay for Tonys services but he did exactly what he said he would do. read more

I would not recommend. Cabinets were incorrect - sink cabinets were not to have drawers. Did not offer any remedy so my contractor had to disassemble the drawers and reattach the fronts. Some cabinets had scratched doors and needed to be replaced. Replacements came in a reasonable time frame and were of good quality. Again, did not offer any remedy so my contractor had to make a separate trip to install. Skip these guys and go somewhere else. read more

I love everything about our new kitchen! We've been saving up and Lori designed the most beautiful combination of a maple dusk island and butler pantry with white cabinets against the wall and it exceeded my expectations. Silver hardware, granite counters and stainless appliances finish the look. It transformed our entire house. It's so bright, new, modern, functional and welcoming. I'm looking forward to entertaining and also relaxing with my family in this new space. Anthony Vincent does amazing work, I highly recommend him! read more

Spent over a week going over cabinet layouts and pricing. Interrupted numerous times during our scheduled appointments. Finally agreed with pricing and layout. Relied heavily on Lori's supposedly expertise. That was our first mistake. Was meeting with our contractor and wanted to go over there layout to make sure there were no questions. Was told the only way we can get a copy of the layout was that we had to pay $350 which would be applied to our order. Felt that was fair. When I arrived home started looking at the plans and noticed they were off center by over 3 inches. Called to get clarification and was told she knew it was and said if she centered the cabinets there would be an additional charge. I would of thought that it would of been fair to at least point it out so we could make the decision. Especially when your spending almost $20,000. Was told she would re work it and get back to me. Was sent a new layout where she inserted 3 inch spacers on each side and added an additional $650 to the quote. When I questioned the extra charge she said it was a mistake. I have lost total trust in her and the company. Asked for a refund of $350 and wanted to return the useless plans which were totally incorrect and was told they would not issue the credit even though the drawings were garbage. I guess it's a cheap lesson considering I could have ordered the cabinets spent $20,000 and really been unhappy and they would of done nothing. Stay away. Plenty of honest reliable cabinet companies. Drawing attached. read more

If I could I would give 0 stars. If you are thinking of using this company, I would suggest you don't. We are still without a finished bathroom after 2 months due to this company. They sent us our cabinets and all the fronts had stains on them. Rep came out and said he would replace. That took about a month, but we received them. I decided to measure the depth of the inside of our boxes for organizers and come to find out the 8 deep drawers that I ordered only had a standard 2" depth drawer. So the front looks like it is deep but the boxes were not. Really? Why? Owner blames us but orders us new boxes. Great. Finally get the boxes, which we have to pick up, get them home and there are no holes to put the cabinet face on. Called the owner. He said "I'm not a carpenter". Again....really? Neither are we. He very nastily said to send him a bill. Then proceeds to call my husband and tell him I should never call him again. Trying to pit us against each other. While I listened to the whole conversation. Which he lied half the time. It was interesting. If you read their review on Houzz.com you will see someone else had the same experience. Stay away! read more
