I ordered the 3-piece set Chef collection skillets directly from the Lodge cast iron website. Two…read moreof the pans had small imperfections on the surfaces. Perfectly fine to use, and I would normally let it pass. But curious to know if this was within the company standard. I like to test out companies customer support too. I did not get disappointed! After emailing photos. I had a reply after 1 hour from Nate saying they will send two new pans. Great 5-Star rating for customer service!

This place is a dream come true for home cooks, grill masters, and kitchen gadget lovers alike. The selection is massive -- rows of skillets in every size, Dutch ovens, griddles, bakeware, enamel pieces, and even fun seasonal designs. I was especially impressed by how organized and clean everything was -- it felt more like a boutique than an outlet! They also stock a ton of great extras like handle covers, grill tools, cast iron care products, and even gourmet mixes like beer bread. It's like a one-stop shop for leveling up your kitchen game. The staff? So helpful and friendly. They didn't hover but were quick to offer tips or help you find what you need. You can tell they're passionate about the brand and it shows. Whether you're a serious collector or just need a skillet that will last a lifetime, this is a must-visit while you're in the Smokies. I walked in for "just one thing" and walked out with a full cart -- no regrets.

I have to say this was a wonderful stay from beginning to end!!!!…read moreCheck-in was very easy as we were checking in on the right hand side of the lobby the gentleman at the counter checking us in and then the gentleman who issued our parking passes an pool passes was very polite! The room was very clean and well organized for our stay an we had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both of the bathrooms. The very first few days we spent at the waterpark area, which I have to say is very much geared, to kids and families with smaller children. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop pool and seating area to enjoy the sun. We did not eat any food that was at the resort as we made most of our meals in the condo!! If you're there to play golf, this is a great location because the golf course is in the same parking lot!!! We were a little sad that the outdoor pool area was closed. It looked like renovations were going on, but they did give you waterpark tickets to Soaky Mountain free of cost. I absolutely love the idea of having our bracelet to be able to get into the building and into our room and into the waterpark. It made it an ease and not have to worry about holding onto a key card or remembering a code. I also love the fact that they reach out to you by text so if you need anything at any given time, it's very easy. They also check on you during your stay and remind you of checkout through text, which is very nice. I can say this was a great staycation for us and we will have family staying when they come into town!!!!

We used the deal found on Groupon and it was seamless! **Do note the Groupon is for 4 ppl only after 4 ppl you do incur an additional person fee. Even though it says the room fits up to 6 ppl it only covers the waterpark and everything for 4 ppl. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids of all ages!! They have so much for young kids, to 6-12 and then the big kids too! We will be back!
