The bar had your typical decor and had both bar tables and short tops. There was patio seating outside as well. We had a couple of drinks, tried the bone-in wings with bourbon sauce, the buffalo chicken wrap and the Philly cheese steak pizza. There was a little wait and we guessed they may still be figuring out some of the kinks. It wasn't too terrible. The wait was worth it, though! The wings were crispy and juicy - they were quite tasty! My husband said the pizza was one of the best he had. It was full of cheese with crispy edges - it was delicious! My buffalo chicken wrap was flavorful and hit the spot! After we paid for our bill, our server gave us two free drink coins for next time! We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. What bothered me is I was looking forward to a frosty mug of root beer and THEY PUT ICE IN THE MUG! That is unacceptable. If someone specifically asks for ice in a frosty mug, fine - give it to them. But by default, anybody who knows anything about A&W would not expect ice in their frosty mug! Like the old Miller Lite guy (may he rest in peace) said: "The only thing that should be in your beer is BEER!" It goes double for A&W root beer! Somebody needs to explain the tradition to the employees. I didn't complain because the establishment was getting real busy, but this needs to improve.

I ordered veggie fajitas. My son said his enchiladas were like his favorite back home and the other ordered a shrimp dish. He had a hard time figuring out how to eat it, LOL, and I'm no help, but he said it was delicious. The servings were very generous and I had another meal out of mine to heat up at home later. I had ordered a "cadillac" margarita with no salt and got a big margarita with salt. The server brought it back and another one was re-made for me. It may have been the owner behind the bar, not sure, but I was appreciative that they made a new drink and didn't pour it out over the salt into a new glass. I never understand why bartenders think that's ok if you don't want salt. He then delivered it to me personally. I'm not sure there was any grand marnier in it, but it was delicious and appreciate the service! I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area. They seem to know the regulars, treated us out of towners kindly, and it's very clean! Great food and portions too!
