You should not expect your guests, who may be physically challenged, senior citizens, or guests who may be standing in high heels to stand around after the ceremony for 30 minutes or more. My Mom (in her 80s) needed to sit down and the staff would not allow her to go into the reception area, just to find a corner to sit on a chair and out of the way. Lastly, cleaning attendants/engineers should be cleaning the bathrooms frequently. Ensuring paper towels are stocked and ample toilet paper is sufficient. Cleaning the floors from time to time due to water spillage around the sink floor. Especially since you have to walk across the bathroom to dry your hands at a hand dryer. To be honest, this review should be a damn "1". No matter how nice it looks inside, I will never recommend this place for a wedding ceremony/reception. Obviously this review is coming from a guest. I'm happy the couple is married and that I came to witness their beautiful ceremony. That part will always be an amazing memory. I called up Ideal Media, explained the situation and asked if there was any way that I could be sent a hard copy. I told them I'd be willing to pay for the cost of printing and sending the photo. They told me no problem! I texted them my address and I had the photo in my mailbox 2 days later. They did this for free, and I just wanted to give them a shoutout for excellent customer service. If I ever have an event, I will definitely be calling them for their services! Side note: My best friend (the one who hired them for his wedding) said that they were amazing to work with!
