After, we took pictures outside in their garden, which was the perfect setting for our couple pictures. I am so happy I found this wedding venue. Their prices are extremely affordable with elopement/micro-wedding packages to full service wedding packages. They were great to work with and I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a classic and affordable wedding location in DC! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds, it feels secluded and has beautiful gardens to wander. We were married in March and even though there were no leaves or flowers blooming it was a pretty backdrop for all our photos. You should not expect your guests, who may be physically challenged, senior citizens, or guests who may be standing in high heels to stand around after the ceremony for 30 minutes or more. My Mom (in her 80s) needed to sit down and the staff would not allow her to go into the reception area, just to find a corner to sit on a chair and out of the way. Lastly, cleaning attendants/engineers should be cleaning the bathrooms frequently. Ensuring paper towels are stocked and ample toilet paper is sufficient. Cleaning the floors from time to time due to water spillage around the sink floor. Especially since you have to walk across the bathroom to dry your hands at a hand dryer. To be honest, this review should be a damn "1". No matter how nice it looks inside, I will never recommend this place for a wedding ceremony/reception. Obviously this review is coming from a guest.
