Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. I chose them because they had the best strategy to combat the problem, even though they weren't the cheapest quote we received. I wanted the fix to last long term, not just hold me over for a year or two before another gopher invasion destroys our yard. Everything was extremely professional and delivered to contract specifications. We were extremely happy with the results. They had to move a portion of our fence to get the big equipment in but you wouldn't even know it had been moved because they were total pros putting things back. When we asked for additional scope of work (a French drain), they were quick to get back to me with a quote and incorporating the additional work didn't push out the timeline. All in all, highly recommend and we'll definitely use them again for our landscaping needs.

After a recent rain we can confirm the water is flowing away from the house and the broom finish and joint lines turned out nicely. Good communication, he showed up early and got it all done in one day. I didn't realize how out of level the existing slab was but he was able to accommodate and the section he poured was perfectly level. I did however end up renting a scarifier to bring down some parts 3/4" and grinding that smooth. In hindsight, I should have had Joe and his crew initially work it down like that from the start. But I guess in the moment it was too rushed to figure out the ideal compromise. The concrete delivery truck did come up short. He had to go and get bags to hand mix. That wasn't ideal since I was going off a spec sheet that said no hand mix. Overall it was an enjoyable little project and Joe and his crew did an excellent job. Can't wait to put the slab to use!

He provided me with recommendations across all 3 work areas that took into account the needs and special considerations for each location. He worked to ensure that we had a good strategy for redirecting water from the downspout to the patio and for redirecting water via a small 'channel' parallel to the driveway to allow for better water management. Being a highly visual person, I also found their showroom very helpful in choosing colors and patterns for the stamped concrete finish. In preparation and execution, Paul and the team took great care planning out each phase, protecting my new glass garage door and fixing a small nick on the house during the cement pour. He also personally adjusted the patio downspout, intentionally going out of his way with a plan to avoid creating unnecessary holes in the new siding. He also helped me anticipate and plan for mail and other deliveries during the time the walkway would be off-limits. He also worked well with my neighbor to plan for and to gain access to the garage each day in my absence. He regularly sent pictures and text updates.
