They will charge you per hours for using zoom for a tech on stand-by plus $325 to set up a zoom link! They not only bill you the normal transcribing charges, but then a $100 litigation fee (that means you want a copy). Who wouldn't need a copy? That is why we hired a court reporter. I would never recommend them to anyone I know and have banned them from our offices. Trying to call them to go over the charges doesn't go well either. Every call requires a call back from another person, even if they are in the same department.
