He responded almost immediately and took the time to call me directly to ask specific questions about the job, rather than playing phone tag over text. I sent over a few photos, and he was able to schedule me for first thing the very next morning. Harel and his employee arrived right on time, gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, and introduced themselves professionally. After looking at the spaces in person, Harel honestly noted that a couple of the rooms and our entertainment room couch really needed a deep clean to get the best result. It wasn't an "upsell" at all--he explained the situation clearly, I completely agreed with his assessment, and his pricing adjustment was extremely fair. He was transparent, professional, and I never felt pressured for a second. I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years.
