Whether in a bowl or sandwich, it works perfectly as the centerpiece protein. Pita bread - 5/5. The pita deserves special praise, too. Honestly, one of the best I've had. And they are freshly made and served warm. It's lightly toasted on the outside while still staying soft, fluffy, and slightly chewy inside. That chewiness makes it perfect for soaking up all the sauces and dressings without falling apart. But it is great to eat the pita bread as it is. Hummus - 4/5. The falafel came out piping hot and was crispy but not dry. The beef kebab plate was huge and enough for two people to share. The meat was cooked well and flavorful, and the garlic sauce (toum) was amazing. It wasn't super busy when we were there (on a Thursday evening), but our server was very nice. The portions are big at a good price, will be coming again if I'm passing through the area!
