After switching to Windows 10 (big mistake) I was having a ton of issues. Plus my storage was…read morealmost full because of all the photos I take. Leigh the owner and operator of Mobile PC Medic came to my home. He was on time. He put me back on Windows 7. He cleared up my malware problem, registry errors and checked for viruses. He fixed a few other issues. He came up with a solution for my photo storage issues. This required a return visit for which he was also on time. He installed a second hard drive with enough storage to last me a good long time. Something went wrong in transferring my photos to the new hard drive (likely my mistake). I called and Leigh came back out and got me back on track again. My computer works great and my photos are safe and I have 2TB of storage. He also set my computer to show my pictures when it is in power saver mode. Nice! Made my work space a little more comfortable. Blew the dust out of the inside of my computer tower. I was close to throwing the computer out the window. Thanks Leigh for putting me and my computer back in business. I did deduct one star because I felt the price was a bit high and each time he went over his estimate. He did not however charge me for the third visit which was great.

I have done the few things he has advised me to do and have come to him with the same issues over and over again. Each time I am brushed off, told to change a setting (which I have changed all of the settings he has advised, changed all my passwords, used Authenticator apps, etc.) with no improvement. I feel he means well but assumes the issues I am having are me just inflating issues or not that these issues could not possibly happen to an average everyday person, this refusing to actually look at the problem for what it is.

This is a great way to get excellent computers without paying $1000. I bought two laptops from them: one for my wife for home use, and one for me for work. I am a Software Consultant, so you can imagine that I use every bit of processing and memory all day. My work PC is outstanding and exceeds my expectations. This isn't a big corporate manufacturer or retail. It's an independently-owned small, local business. Adam knows his stuff and is patient and helpful in explaining it. He is honest and his prices are competitive. He constantly updates his inventory online, so you know what he has. He also stands behind his products with a 90 day hardware guarantee, which is key. Before you drop a grand, (or significantly more) on a laptop or gaming PC, you owe it to yourself to come in and check out the same computers for a fraction of the price.
