Twee is my nail tech Perfection ! I've been going there since they opened their doors several years ago

Literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The nail tech was rude and painted on my skin and glopped on the polish extremely thick. The polish was laid on so gloopy that my nails burned under the gel lamp. After they cured he filed the sloppily done polish off of my skin and gave me a look when I yelped in pain. I left the salon with nails that look like I did them at home and they are rough around the edges so I know that the gel will peel up in a week. The pedicure was okay but my toenails are all different shapes and one of my big toenails is completely lopsided. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I wasted 90 dollars on something I could have done myself (maybe even better). I do not know how the nail tech who did my nails has a license because I know for a fact that my services were not done correctly. read more

gone twice now. first time, i booked an appointment. i was told to pick colors, so i did and went and sat down. i don't know the gentleman's name, but he didn't talk much which is perfect because i hate making small talk. he did my acrylic lay perfect, but the paint job... absolutely not. i have lots of nail stuff at home so i knew it wasn't a problem, i would just take off the polish. not even a week later, 3 nails came off. i went back next day because it was legit only $40 for a full set, so why not? i got the SAME guy, he fixed them. i legit asked for one single color instead of this difficult design, and he still somehow messed it up. the pictures attached are of his paint job. i'm still gonna go back because it's cheap, but i guess you get what you pay for. hope this helps someone. read more

By far THEE most unprofessional place I've ever been. I had an appt at 5:45, and was called and asked if I wanted to come in early at 2:45. I did, and when I got there, the woman I was supposed to see wasn't even half way done with her current client. After 15 mins, I approached and said I wanted to keep my original appt time, and left. Five mins later, I get a call from the nail tech saying she "can't do my nails later" bc she already booked my time. I told her to call the other customer and say she made a mistake bc this was not my issue. I then heard customers speaking into the phone bc she had this ON SPEAKER with customers. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I have never seen such unprofessionalism so blatantly and proudly displayed. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. read more

I broke a nail last week and I didn't have time for a complete fill. I had an important meeting at work where I would be shaking hands with my new boss... Twee fit me in and had me out the door in 20 minutes!!!! I LOVE C Nails! A visit to this salon is like a visit with my family on a holiday! I am always smiling to myself when I leave. Will not be going back. When they moved from the strip shopping plaza and built a new salon in a garage I expected polished finishings and new equipment and a nice ambiance. The electrical cords were running from ceiling to floor. Work stations were cramped. No place for purses and no personality. They should have stayed where they were. read more

Walked in just to get nails taken off from a debacle at Anthony Vince. Super sweet lady, Mary I think, took them off and was super gentle the entire time. Nobody was rude at all, it was actually quite relaxing. The shop is small but that didn't bother me, everybody seemed to be having a great day. Will definitely return!!! read more

I had heard really good reviews on this place, and I had went before and had a good experience. I went to get french tip acrylics for my birthday, It was last minute and I normally have my go-to nail salon but they could get me in. It was going good until the end where the gentleman who was doing my nails did not clean up the polish, and the acrylic was put on my skin. I was (rationally) a little too scared to say something because I had hopes it would turn out well. I left and then went back to get them redone, and the lady who redid them for me (very nice of them to take me back...) did not seem like she could see the issue, she asked what the problem was and told me that she "isn't going to redo them just for the color" (I got a different color, just cause the original color isn't what I thought, so I was like I guess I'll do something different if they're willing to do them again) and I felt a bit uncomfortable and could assume they thought I was rude for wanting something else. I normally never say anything cause I work in the service industry myself, I just felt the original nail job I got was kind of unacceptable. I didn't ask for my money back ($60), but they never offered or apologizes for the bad service or anything. (Not that it's expected, I just was kind of blown away I paid $60 for poor nails). Nonetheless, the kind lady redid them and they did turn out nice. Probably will never come here again, I just thought I would put it out there. If you would like anything with any type of design, request the certain nail tech and don't go in blind! read more

I made an appointment for my daughter and I one month in advance. We were so excited. When we arrived they said we were an hour late - I think they wrote it in their book wrong. They were so rude. No offer to rectify the situation. They simply stated they were booked. No sorry. In summary, horrible customer service and we will never return. read more

Decent pedicure though the guy who did my nails told me I could put my shoes on when I left and now two of my toes are messed up!! And I got a gel manicure and he got the top coat all over my fingers and now they are peeling. And like I said I got them done today (two hours ago). Also my one nail has a fuzzy in the nail polis. I ran across this place a couple weeks ago and absolutely love it! Such friendly people LOADS of colors! Every time I went I never had to wait I was in and out. I get so in crazy when it gets to picking out colors so I let my guy do it and today he picked such a pretty yellow I would never thought of and it looks cute!
