They adjusted my pedicure water to my preference and made sure I liked it. She offered me drinks frequently and checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. I believe she said her name was Gina or Yen. Yen was written on her equipment. I wasn't feeling very social so she let me be quiet for my pedicure. She was thorough and offered me extra services and was clear about prices. When we moved to the manicure, she took her time, she was delicate and gave good tips and advice while using the UV light. I watched her meticulously clean up her work and even redo sections. She made suggestions on the glitter which turned out to be the right choice for me. The prices here are more than reasonable and the service I was provided was TOP TIER. I can't remember the hair dresser's English name, but I seen her name was Thuy on her license. She gave me THEE best shampoo experience I have ever had. I have went to high priced salons everywhere I visit and Thuy was the greatest I have ever came across. I even went to sleep when she was washing, cutting and styling my hair. I couldn't get a picture of my after because I had to shoot to a birthday party, but this place is a GEM! Thuy gave me beautiful long layers, with a blow out and soft curls. I do have wavy hair (Polynesian texture) and Thuy was able to tame my hair and it came out super light, big and beautiful as ever. My overall experience here is definitely a 10/10 and I WILL BE BACK and spread the word of this hole in the wall. I would have most respected that answer over the phone. It was quite frustrating due to my proactive measure, especially considering gas prices. With the absence of the former employee, unfortunately this is not a viable destinations for getting units cut, if that is your need. I'm sure they do all other services fine.

My nail technician is Evelyn and she did a great job with cutting and cleaning out the cuticles. Most places seem to take short cuts with cuticles because it's not that visible to the eye. I paid 130 dollars (45+10: manicure and cat eye and then 55+10: pedicure and something else) and that's not including tip. Had I known it would have been an extra 10 dollars for cat eye, I would have declined. I wish I would have waited until I returned home to go to my regular artist, but my nails needed it badly...but maybe I should have just waited.
