I've gotten this many times over the years, even a couple of times at this location. First, I politely asked how much it was with tax before ordering it so price wouldn't be an issue as to the fact I forgot my wallet and only had $4 and change with me. She told me the price on the sign... I asked again how much would it be with tax though. She rang it up and she said the same exact price. I said "with tax, though?". She said "$4.39" (the same price she said 2 other times) I said "ok, I have like $4.50... no problem". Of course at the end when she rang me up it was $4.75... so that was a bit of a problem I had to find more money. Second. When she was scooping the ice cream I noticed it was like not scoops but slimy and kind of gloppy. Because there was like none left and she was scraping it off the cardboard box it comes in and I asked if she could get a fresh one because it honestly didn't look appetizing. She said there's no more left and pulled it out to show me the box was empty. I asked if there was some in the back. She didn't seem to want to look. I asked her to please look. She went in the back and said there wasn't any. She said "it's ok you can just pick another flavor." I really didn't want another flavor. I said maybe she could add a lil vanilla. It ended up being more like milk then a thick milk shake. Thirdly, I went to drink it when I got in the car, not happy about the situation as is...it was rancid...idk if the milk was bad or if it was the ice cream since it was the slimy scrapings of the cardboard, either way it smelled and tasted disgusting. I brought it back in and she told me that it wasn't the milk or the ice cream yada yada yada and basically blamed me for wanting it and adding the scoop of vanilla to it. She said I'll just give you your money back, I said I guess I could just pick another flavor. She said that the milk could be bad (even though 5 seconds previously it was my fault and the milk was fine) and said no I'll just give you your money back. (Basically she didn't want to make me another shake) she handed the money to me and snatched the shake from me. I just feel like the entire situation should have been handled differently. I mean there was more to the conversation but from start to finish I had to ask her multiple times to do things that wasn't going above and beyond for someone. It felt lazy and that she didn't give a darn. When she said the milk could be bad I said well let's smell it so you don't put it in other peoples' shakes, coffee, etc. it was in her hand and she didn't even want to do that and didn't just to avoid having to make another shake! Really the entire debacle could have been avoided if she said there was no ice cream left to begin with because I could have picked a different flavor or not gotten it in the first place. I know this is a lot about a stupid shake but I feel like no one gives a damn about anything anymore. It's how a lot of people are handling everything these days! Making crap harder then it has to be! It was today 11/17 around 11:30-12pm. I literally wrote the review sitting in my car in the parking lot. Sorry couldn't figure out how to reply to your message.

The deli team had to walk underneath the cord of the phone because only employees are allowed in that area for insurance purposes. I totally understand that, but the old fashioned corded phone was now cutting the work area in half since it was stretching to me on the customer side of the deli. It was busy too! So they are making sandwiches and then they have me asking them to hit a number on the phones base so I can move through the prompts! A common issue I see is getting the notification that my medications are ready, but the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock when I get there. Im sure there is a way for that to be fixed as it is most likely just an issue with the system sending out those notifications too early.

My complaint is that when I picked up the partial I could have been told that I would need a new prescription and a special code that enabled them to fill 3 months. I feel that this is poor customer service that needs to be addressed.
