A common issue I see is getting the notification that my medications are ready, but the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock when I get there. Im sure there is a way for that to be fixed as it is most likely just an issue with the system sending out those notifications too early.

When I picked up the partial I was told to come back in a month and the next month would be filled. It was at that point I was told that since it was a controlled substance I would need a new prescription. My complaint is that when I picked up the partial I could have been told that I would need a new prescription and a special code that enabled them to fill 3 months. I feel that this is poor customer service that needs to be addressed.
