Rescue Plumbers - Simply the Best in the High Desert

First, a little background: I own two homes in Hesperia, and lucky me--both water heaters failed around the same time. I called several plumbing companies for estimates, but Rescue Plumbers stood out immediately. They were the first to respond, provided the most reasonable and honest estimate, and were incredibly professional from the very first call.
We scheduled the first water heater replacement, and during the job they discovered mold--yikes. While mold removal wasn't something they handled themselves, they immediately recommended a company that could, and that referral worked out perfectly. Once the mold issue was resolved, Rescue Plumbers came right back and completed the water heater installation without missing a beat.
Of course, as fate would have it, the water heater at my second home stopped working shortly after. I called Rescue Plumbers again, and they came out the same day, sent a clear estimate, and had my hot water back up and running quickly and smoothly. No stress, no problems--just solid, reliable work.
Later that same year, I noticed water coming up through the floor of my master bathroom. I called Rescue Plumbers again, and once more they responded right away. They discovered I had a slab leak, something I had never even heard of before. Joe patiently explained everything and walked me through my options--even though, frankly, none of them were very appealing. The choices were limited, and I ultimately decided on a full repipe rather than jackhammering my concrete slab (which was absolutely not happening).
Joe and the entire team were incredibly understanding. They knew this was a major job, a big inconvenience, and frankly pretty overwhelming. Even though it looked like the house was going to be destroyed, the crew was calm, steady, respectful, and organized the entire time. To my amazement, they handled it all in just a few days, and we were back to normal quickly.
They even went above and beyond, doing extra things they didn't have to--and the results were fantastic. I ended up with better water pressure throughout the house, including sinks and toilets.
Since then, they've also:
* Fixed leaky outdoor faucets
* Repaired my water pressure regulator
* Replaced toilets
Every single visit has been consistent:
They show up on time, are always clean and well-dressed, and communicate clearly by calling or texting when they're on the way. The crew is professional, friendly, and yes--I'll say it--they even smell good, which says a lot about their attention to detail.
Joe, the main plumber I worked with, is knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. Michelle in the office is also wonderful--kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Even when a larger crew came out, the whole process was calm, smooth, and well coordinated.
In my God-honest opinion, there is no other plumber in the High Desert that compares to Rescue Plumbers. If you want honesty, quality work, and people who truly care--call them. You won't regret it.
