I typically never leave reviews, but my experience at C Cleaners was so exceptional that I had to share it. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my order, the customer service was excellent. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon with a bridesmaid dress that needed hemming and alterations for a Saturday pickup. I was helped right away and reassured that everything would be completed on time. Despite the last-minute request, the pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they showed when handling my dress. Everything turned out perfectly, and the entire process was stress-free. Thank you again this place is truly a gem :) read more

I was a customer for seven months. They ruined my Lacoste polo for dry cleaning. They refused to pay for it after they ruined it. Quality is low. The clothes smell like body odor. I have done redo and they charge me for the redo. They are expensive for the quality. Not ever taking my clothes here again. Stephen read more

In case you wanted to stock up on masks, C Cleaners as a bunch! I was getting a haircut next door at Big Ben's and saw their huge display of masks. I could not believe they were only $3. It was so funny to find a Baby Yoda printed mask, pikachu mask, and even one with a Philippine flag motif. Very fun designs and the masks work great -- They're multi-layered and are quite breathable. They also take Apple Pay which is incredibly convenient! read more

I came to this cleaners for the first time after stumbling upon the location by mistake. The service was lovely and the price was very affordable. I dropped off 8 items, including a woop peacoat, a few formal dresses, and a silk nightie and robe. Some of the dresses are vi the, so I was expecting upwards of $130 for everything. I was pleasantly surprised when the total cost was $90. I'll definitely be back! read more

Just found out that this place sells quite a bit of face masks/coverings. They have quite a bit of a collection and they're selling them at a nice price. I even bought a few to give out to my coworkers as their Christmas gifts. I will totally be going back here in the future. Being that this pandemic doesn't show signs of slowing down, this is a go-to place to get face masks. read more

Not sure what was actually done to suit since wife's hair was still on the outside of jacket. I had to have it cleaned for a wedding I was going to in 2 days, so got it next day, but still had hair all over it and stops all over. Won't go back and will try anyplace else to see if they are better. read more

Hien is very nice. I've seen her every time I came in. She took a load of fabrics I had "great intentions" of making into surgical caps and did them all up for me. It was an unusual request but I brought in one of my favorites and she took it apart to use it as a template and made 32 surgical caps! Beautiful work on all my alterations and other sewing needs! Never late, and the cost has been very reasonable for all the sewing and design work done for me and my family. The only service not yet available, (which I wish could be added), is the hand washing of wool items in cold water and "Woolite," (or a similar product)--rather than dry cleaning the most delicate wool items. (But few other Bay Area cleaners actually offer this service). Thanks to C Cleaners for a truly great job every time! read more

I have been going to C Cleaners and Alterations for years. I love that I am supporting a family owned business. This is a one stop shop for all my sewing, cleaning and pressing needs. I am always amazed by range of services they have provided my family... sewing on patches, replacing zippers, hemming pants, and pressing work shirts. Their low prices are only matched by their generosity... they donated a ton of hangers for my son's home made Halloween costume. It is a relief to know that great customer service like C Cleaners is still around. read more

I brought in a pair of big baggy jeans to get trimmed down in the waist and lower leg. They did an amazing job! I have done tailoring in the past, and getting the double stitched seam on jeans is a very challenging task; I can not even see where they cut and stitched the waist/butt on these. Highly recommended: take your big baggy jeans here and they'll fix you up. read more
