We called another plumber to take a look who told us the system was installed incorrectly and the refrigerant is completely drained. It's going to be $3k to fix. We reached out to our contractor who insisted we let Tim take a look. It took days for Tim to even call me. Then he said he'd clear his calendar to take a look. Now it's been 3 days and still haven't heard a word. He doesn't keep his word and doesn't do quality work. Unrelated the reason I'm posting this review but at the time of the install we chose to go with two separate condensers which is more expensive. We came home to find out he'd decided to do one without telling us. Had to cut out part of my closet to do the vent through the second floor. My clothes were thrown all over my bed and most things ruined because of the dust. On top of that no one said a word to us about cost and we had to ask for them to lower the price based on other honest quotes we'd been given. I do not recommend.

Alfred's quick response made it possible to keep my remodel on schedule. Several months later our hot water heater blew a massive leak at 8 pm on a Saturday, Alfred showed up Sunday morning to install a new heater and haul to old one away. Finally last night the faulty gas valve on the same hot water heater failed and Alfred was here this afternoon replacing the valve, when hot water heater manufacturer was going to make me and my family wait until next week for a repair. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I would recommend them 100%

We ended up putting an access hatch in the floor. He did a clean job cutting the floor (even though that's not exactly what a plumber expects to be doing at a job). Martin was recommended to me by Yelp's request a quote function. He was one of the few plumbers on the recommended who was willing to give me an estimate without having to send someone over first. The price was fair and Martin was responsive in scheduling a time the same day I contacted him. The plumber on Martin's team that I worked with was knowledgable, professional, and worked quickly to replace the fill valve within 30 minutes. We weren't 100% sure if that would fix the problem since this appeared to be a slow leak so they were willing to hold off invoicing me and ordering additional parts just in case the fill valve wasn't the issue. Luckily replacing the fill valve did the trick but I appreciated the gesture anyways. Still waiting to figure out how their payment works since I received an online invoice with an option to pay online. Anyways they did a great job and I would recommend them for toilet repair.
