Carlos responded quickly to my request, and was able to come out within a day to give me a free onsite quote while others who responded said "send me a photo and I will quote you." Coming on site clarified the details of the job, allowing for him to give me an accurate quote on the work (new outdoor circuits, security cam install, can lights, new panel install, new transfer switch install.) The quote given let me pick and choose what I wanted based on cost sensitivity, but it was such a great deal I signed up for the whole enchilada. Upon signing, we had four guys show up who cranked for 12 hours straight to get the job done, they were very polite, and could tell they were working well together as a team. They were confident, yet didn't hesitate to ask for clarification as needed to make sure they were delivering as promised. Let's talk about service and speed here, because holy cow, I'm impressed. I was looking for someone to install a 60amp breaker on our crowded main panel and install a Tesla wall charger in the garage opposite of the panel and offset by about 6-7 feet. Carlos and Carmonie installed a massive crystal rod chandelier for us (see pictures) a couple weeks back. They turned around the proposal quickly, the pricing was fair, and they scheduled to install within a couple days. This chandelier required additional structural support to handle the load, which was no problem for them. They also had to construct a safe platform to work off of over the top of my stairway. We found our new electrician! I typically get competing quotes for any house project. Our project entailed replacing garage lighting into modern fixtures, replacing three interior lighting fixtures, and re-routing a switch in our bedroom to turn on the new lighting fixture.
