So here is my personal and honest experience with cm auto.i purchased and I paid off my hummer with them.i had nothing but issues and problems with this vehicle from the get go.i understand that used vehicles need maintenance as I replaced the starter 2x wheel bearings,water pump alternator etc while working and paying my payments. I had a security pass out lock at times preventing the thing from starting .I always took care and clean of my vehicle i paid 11k off and my 3k down payment and that was good for an 07 at least I thought til the transmission started failing after 2 years all I got outta the ride.i loved my vehicle and its all I had .I asked if they would help multiple times and it was always an excuse or ignored me or blocked my calls.now I'm a buisness owner myself. I own flower power.ive always went above and beyond to help anyone in need .even my customers. There's a point when buisness turns to greed and the lack of care for your customers. Now that I have no vehicle and my buisness has failed due to other issues .at a rough point in my life .I asked if they could just replace my transmission and no.then me and the owners talk and I said hey if u can just fix my jeep then to make it up to me for the loss of having an 11k vehicle that shoots to crap in 2 years that i can't afford to replace and then give u all another monthly payment for a new ride is just dirty! You guys ripped me off badly. Burnt me and lied to me. Micheal u even saying u would ask your friend or see and help on my jeep and u never once tried to make time off your high horse to remember me once to get back months later not wanting to leave you this review thinking u was a man of your word only caring for yourself. I've never treated anyone last in buisness as you have done me.i take it as a personal level not caring at all that u sold me still kept my word and payed a man even when the pos breaking down . U done me dirty and no I haven't forgotten and I want everyone to know my personal experience with u all. Truth and facts no lies here just a truthful review of how you treated your customer. Buisness is buisness bro and you fckd me! No were not good in any way firm. I just want others to know how you personally did me.im not a bad guy . Its sad dude that I thought u all was good people and I was faithful except one payment behind one month due to getting robbed.but I payed u in full man .no excuses. I bought a car that had issues with the engine, and rusted axel that they didn't tell me. They withheld information and said the car only needed new air bags which was a lie. The whole car was a Lemon. I asked the place I had gotten a loan from when I purchased this car from here to come pick it up. I don't think I should pay for a car that stopped working all together. Changed tires, Rooters, Breaks, etc and still had more money I needed to invest. I tried returning the car the next day but they said I couldn't. I was lied to from the beginning. read more
