I like that they have kiosks to order from or you can order at the cashier. I love that they have their yummy signatures and seasonal flavors. The cold is nice for the summers and the warm ones are nice for the winter. This location is pretty spacious with plenty of seating area and some even have charging ports. We ordered their signature tofu pudding, which was supposed to come with taro paste and taro balls. Those toppings were actually one of the main reasons we chose this dessert. At first, I thought they might be hidden underneath the tofu, but to our surprise, we were served plain tofu pudding with none of the toppings. I went to the counter to ask about the missing items. Yes we got the missing items, but there wasn't even an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I'm not expecting exceptional customer service every time. However, I do think getting the order right, or at least acknowledging the mistake and apologizing when something is missing, is a reasonable expectation. They messed up their "Signature" item!!! Hopefully, the team can pay a little more attention to order accuracy and how they handle these situations. It would have made a difference in our experience.
