The tables do need a cleaning though. The table we were at was sticky and full of crumbs. We stayed till 11pm, and it was still poppin. Service: We self ordered through the kiosks. They were extremely busy, so throughput took long. We waited about 25 min for our drinks and bubble waffle. Dessert & drinks: I've always gotten their signature puddings. That's what they're best known for - hot desserts. Though, I wanted to try something different. 1) Fluffy Thai Tea w/ Mini Q - I had high hopes for their new Thai series. I thought it tasted okay .. the tea wasn't as strong as I preferred. It was very sweet, so I suggest adjusting the sweetness level. The foam was thick, and the mini pearls tasted as expected. 2) Matcha Egg Waffle - Rather than getting my usual, I tried their egg waffles. The matcha flavor came through. Another HUGE health violation occurred as well. There was a dog at another table sitting on the seat as if they're a paying customer. Clearly not a service dog. I absolutely love dogs but not at establishments that serve food that is sitting at the table. Especially if they're not working dogs, clearly this one was not a working dog. I would prefer not to have dog fur in my food. FYI this location violated health code regulations: "Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs are allowed in restaurants, but they must remain on the floor, not on seats or tables. Health codes prohibit animals on furniture to prevent contamination." This whole environment of the restaurant and its unsanitary health violations makes me question how clean this restaurant is. Because if it's stuffy and terrible ventilation along with no air conditioning in the dining area how bad is it in the kitchen??? Food made with some sweat. Yum.

The sorbet flavors are all so delicious and don't taste artificial, and the soft serve is super creamy. They pair perfectly together which is why I get it every time! My favorite part of frostbites is always the service. The workers are always so patient and let you sample as much as you'd like. They also mix unique together flavors for you to try! My favorite is the Flinstone's Push Pop and any of their Hi-Chew combinations. The caramel macchiato combination is also really good. There's definitely something for everyone and you just need to let them know if it's your first time! My friends and I always sit inside. My friend is a frequent customer at this location and we both like to come for drinks and studying. This time however, they came alone with their laptop and were working for 20 minutes max before an employee (seems to be a shift lead or manager) came up to them asking if anything had been ordered. My friend replied "no not yet," and the worker proceeded to say the tables were for customers only and walk away before they could say anything else. They were approached a SECOND time by another staff member only 10 minutes after the first, who asked the SAME thing. This time my friend was able to respond that they were actually waiting for me to arrive. The first worker then STARED at them for the next 30 minutes, making them insanely uncomfortable until I arrived. My friend was one of the only brown skin people in the cafe...horrifically rude. What a horrible way to treat a person, let alone a regular customer. And what a waste of time, staring at a customer instead of doing your job...We both had interacted with this employee and ordered with them several times in the past, so it's crazy they couldn't remember any of it. Never returning, all of our classmates and family have been warned and now you have too.
