Protein portion was okay compared to other boiling points. The bathroom was really dirty.

A year update: went here for Mother's Day and always, it's pack but not too much. No Yelp-check in so you sign through Yelp and wait to be call. Now, if you come in during lunch time, not only the price is like $1-2 less, but you get a free drink. Each hotpot comes with either rice or vermecelli. If you chose rice, you get up to two extra bowls at no charge. Order the usual Taiwanese hotpot and it's still spicy. Not enough to burn you but tickle your throat if you have high spice tolerance. Overall, still recommend on this place if you are in the mood for hot pot

I love coming to this spot to get my hot pot fix. The parking is a bit small for this location so that's a bit frustrating. This location is big, spacious, and clean. I usually come during lunch time on weekdays so I've never had an issue with getting seated right away. Their pots come with rice or vermicelli and spice can be adjusted. My favorite is the beef pot. Their sauces pair really well. I love the garlic with the soy. The workers aren't too attentive, but they'll come right away when you flag them down. During lunch, they offer green tea or black tea with your hot pot order. They have sides you can order to add in to your pot as well.

Boiling Point is a reliable go-to spot! Service is always fast and attentive, and the hot pot comes loaded with meat, veggies, and a flavorful broth. There are also table sauces to mix in and make it your own. The scallion gravy rice is an upgrade you don't want to skip. It's a savory soy scallion-infused rice with fried onions that genuinely makes the whole meal better -- I order it every single time. Great casual spot for friends and family. Does exactly what it promises!

I love Boiling Point! This location was the closest to our hotel, so we decided to give it a shot. It was pretty empty when we got there and it got really busy once we left. The inside looks like every Boiling Point I've been to. The service was good! The trainee was really attentive to our table and got us what we needed. We had a really enjoyable time with our friends before we all departed our separate ways! The food was good! I always order the beef hot pot and it's good enough for me to never be curious about any of the other options. I did regret not going mild; I didn't realize medium would be a little too hot for me. Other than that, it was really tasty! I feel like Boiling Point everywhere is the same. The only thing that's really different per location is the service and the wait times.

Been enjoying this hot pot spot recently and always feels good having this during the winter time. There's always a 15-30 minute wait and I'm not a big fan of the parking situation in the lot. Good thing is for the wait time, their service is very fast to get your food. I've had their Beef soup and Japanese Miso. The Miso is more expensive than the beef but I would probably go with the beef next time. What I noticed was their ingredients are kind've low quality. The beef is fatty and feels cheap compared to other hot pot spots. The noodles are in a bag which I don't like at all, would rather just it be in the soup or a cup. Maybe it's for sanitary reasons. Overall it's a solid place to get hot pot, would go there if I was craving boiling point or nearby. If it were to go against other hot pot restaurant, this one loses out.

Plenty of parking and the place is clean, spacious and simple well decor. Staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive. Menu is on app and once you decided, staff will come over and take the order. Quick turnaround and the portion is quite generous. It is for individual pot and the spicy dipping sauce is on the table for you to do per your liking. The broth is quite nice and tasty. The meats are thinly sliced and well portioned. We tried the lamb, the beef, and the pork and all are very good. Especially with all the spices mixed together.

we called in asking if the rose milky was still available (tends to run out) and there were 4 left! no waitlist and not busy for a tuesday evening. i got my rose milky and bf got the thai (if u like lemongrass/ tom yom) both mild. never have gotten to go, always finished yerrr

Boiling point has always been a comfort spot, whether I'm eating with family or catching up with a friend! I like this location much more than the Brookhurst one that's super cramped and always seems to be understaffed. This location is much more spacious and service is so quick! I always get the same thing every time: the beef pot with mild/medium spice depending on the day, and a bowl of rice. I love all of the toppings it comes with and usually have enough leftovers to take home for a whole other meal. I noticed the last time I went though, the broth was a bit blander than usual and tasted like it was watered down. I wonder if it's because we came about an hour before closing and they were running out or something. Regardless, I'm hoping it was just a fluke because I've never had that happen before. My favorite part of this place is their sauces. I could literally eat anything as long as it's dipped in the boiling point sauce!

Spicy Fermented Tofu - 3/10 would not get again. We prefer crispy stinky tofu so this was too soggy for us.

We eat at Boiling Point all year long, whether it's hot or cold outside! We've been coming to this location since it first opened (and have visited plenty of other BP spots before). This one is spacious with a good number of tables, which makes it easy to get seated, especially on weekdays. Service can be a bit hit or miss, which is something I've noticed across most BP locations, but when we come for dinner on weekdays, it's usually not too busy and the staff here tend to be more attentive and check in regularly. Our go-to order is the Beef Hot Soup and Lamb Hot Soup! The taste and quality is always consistent, which keeps us coming back. And of course, you have to eat their sauces!

The food was delicious, with rich seasoning and very satisfying flavors. Unfortunately, our experience with the service was disappointing because our server, Cristine, was very unfriendly. When we asked for a sauce refill, she served us with rude expression on her face. And then when I asked her for some napkins, another staff member brought them to me before she did. When I told her that I had already received them, my husband saw her turn around with an angry look on her face and throw the napkins she was holding. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional for a server. If the restaurant has CCTV footage, I encourage management to review her actions. Despite this unpleasant experience, we still left a tip because we truly appreciated the excellent service provided by the male servers. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, which was a complete contrast to the service we received from Cristine. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service in the future.

This location is much more spacious than the one on Brookhurst. Parking is also a breeze as it's in a plaza. I enjoyed dinner here with my cousin on a Thursday evening. Service was friendly and super attentive throughout our meal. They continuously refilled our water cups and asked if we needed more broth. We both ordered the Beef Hot soup which they asked if we each wanted a side of rice or vermicelli noodles. She enjoyed a lychee green tea and I got milk tea. The food was delicious and I loved each component that was in my soup. Would love to return again soon!

I've always loved Boiling Point, and this visit was no exception! The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Right now, they're running a special promotion from 8/7/25 to 9/7/25--just mention the code "Jennifer" and you'll receive a free appetizer and a free drink. I believe you can use the code in any locations. We ordered two hot pots and were pleasantly received additional complimentary drinks as well! https://www.bpgroupusa.com/menu/GG2

Once he found out it was our first time there and that they were close to closing, he went above and beyond and accommodated us with not one, but TWO chicken sandwiches on the house for us to try. That level of kindness and hospitality honestly made our night. We ended up getting an amazing combo with shrimp, chicken, macaroni salad, two Spam musubi, two chicken sandwiches, and two drinks -- all for only $22!!! Such a great value for the amount and quality of food we received. Danny's energy alone made us want to come back. This was frustrating, but we managed fine without. I have tried the oyakodon and the pork katsu plate. Both are delicious! The oyakodon has a perfect amount of chicken and egg, and is topped with some veggies that gove a nice flavor. I love the flavor of the onions in this, too. The pork katsu is an easy favorite; I have ordered this at many places but this one has the best sauce! The pork was crispy and flavorful. It included a small side of potato salad and some veggies that included lotus root, edamame, I think sweet potato, a mushroom, and something else I couldn't quite identify. Average meal price is around $16 each, so not too bad. We will definitely be back for other delicious meals!
