Everyone I dealt with couldn't have been nicer to explain what's going on and the owner being really clear about what needs to be done, what wasn't as urgent to be replaced/fixed, etc. It's been a long while since my car has felt this smooth while on the road (especially when you're living in Jersey - the Pothole Capital of America) and both myself and my wallet are happy we came here. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.
