They have runoff with my money. I am out thousands of dollars leaving me hanging no work rendered at all whatsoever! Please, please do not do business with them! Christopher Cash, Crystal Cash, Dream Pools or anything tied to him and/or his father as Chris in the end will be the one doing the work. Please don't be fooled by his father's reputation he apparently had a pool company before company before him before Chris make sure you check. He's very proud of his references. There is like two or three customers he's worked with he raves about what great services he's provided but as for me...he stole several thousands of dollars from me and has not rendered any services!

I ordered the liner at the end of the season last year was told it would be about a month before he received it. I messaged him about 6 weeks later to see if it came in and was informed it had and that he would drop it off. I finally received it after multiple no call no shows. He would say I'm bringing it this evening then you would hear nothing. 4 different days he told me he was bringing it by one time even saying he would be there in an hour only to not show up or even call to say he won't make it. I'm a busy guy and don't appreciate being told I'm gonna be there only to not show. Fast forward to this year wanting to get the liner installed and nothing still. The owner leads you on tells you I should get to you next Tuesday only for the day to come and go without a word from the owner. You send a text or call you get no response for days or weeks. I also work as a contractor and I can say with absolute certainty this is no way to run a business. I am sorry I ever reached out to this company. Update on top of everything Chris gave me a liner that was 10' too long for my pool making it unusable and will not respond to text. DO NOT trust this company. We are, sadly, yet another victim of the Folsom pinhole leaks. We previously had two pinhole leaks,…read moreone in the ceiling of the garage and one outside near the pipes to the sprinklers. This latest one was a hot water leak under the slab in the master closet, and the final straw. Due to our previously outstanding experience with Michael and Leak Finders, they were our first call, and our only call. Michael quickly detected the leak and then explained our options: 1) Only fix the leak 2) Repipe only the hot water 3) Repipe both the hot and cold. He thoroughly explained all our options, including exactly what would be done for each scenario, and the cost. Since this was our third leak we decided to go with the repipe. I can't stress this enough, Michael is punctual, communicates clearly, very meticulous and very clean. The job took 2 weeks. Every single day he was on time. Each day he vacuumed the areas he worked in and put his tools away. If it weren't for the holes we wouldn't even know he'd been there. He limited the holes that had to be made and explained to me every day what he'd be working on. My wife joked he left the house cleaner when he left each day than it was before he arrived. The job is done now and we are thrilled with the work he did. We can't recommend him highly enough. We all have our contractor horror stories. You definitely wouldn't get anything other than a success story with Michael and Leak Finders. We are confident the days of pinhole leaks are behind us. He also added several more hose bibs for us where there were none before. We have have on on every side of our house. A positive side note is we also get our hot water more quickly, and it gets hotter faster. I've only posted a few of the pictures. He treated us and our house with great care. We are relatively new to the whole pool thing due to buying a house which came with the pool. We had gone with another local pool company with mediocre results with both closing and openings. We just didn't realize HOW mediocre until using this place. Also had a new liner installed about 2 years ago by that other company. We had major gaps in the liner at top where met the pool. I had emailed and called the original company who installed that liner but was never truly fixed. With this pool co they fixed those gaps even though they didn't install the liner. Our pool is cleaner than ever has been with the previous opening which is both a result of the closing and therefore the opening. The gentlemen who came out to do both the closing and opening were personable AND professional. Great communication with leisure world at all times! We have found our forever pool company!!
