We are relatively new to the whole pool thing due to buying a house which came with the pool. We had gone with another local pool company with mediocre results with both closing and openings. We just didn't realize HOW mediocre until using this place. Also had a new liner installed about 2 years ago by that other company. We had major gaps in the liner at top where met the pool. I had emailed and called the original company who installed that liner but was never truly fixed. With this pool co they fixed those gaps even though they didn't install the liner. Our pool is cleaner than ever has been with the previous opening which is both a result of the closing and therefore the opening.
