This company is a scam! We had our bathroom remodeled and this company made it a horrible…read moreexperience. The crew worked about 2-3 hours a day, they put in a shower and put the drain at the opposite end of the shower, and the shower door came tumbling down when we tried to open it. They promised us things that we didn't get. They installed new plumbing under the sink and had to repair a leak 8 times before we finally called someone else to come fix it. The toilet leaked and they tried to repair it 3 times before we called someone else to fix it. They wouldn't install towel bars for us, and left a big hole in the wall behind the vanity mirror and under the sink. Doug wrote a contract up, but kept changing his cost throughout the project. Doug is a very dishonest person and his crew is not experienced in indoor remodeling. Oh.....and if Doug tells you he purchases his stuff in California...he really means Menards!

They said it would be 2 or 3 weeks till they started. Soba month later I tried to contact them and got answering machine. After leaving 3 messages i emailed. Nonresponse. Never heard from them again, bit a friend in building trades said they had some problems with their house. Ok. Fair enough, but was the phone dead too? Short finish, I called B & K in spring of 2025. It cost a bit more but worth it! My job is done; the roof sags no more, my gutters are perfect, and it all together took 1 month, start to finish! The wallis's are nice people, but need a receptionist or something....
