He initially presented himself as knowledgeable and capable, but despite repeated requests, he never provided the estimate needed by either me or the insurance adjuster. About 10 days ago, he specifically committed to resending the estimate that same day. A full week has now passed, and we have received nothing. Since then, he has completely stopped responding to our company. Numerous phone calls, text messages, and emails have gone unanswered. Contractors can get busy and delays happen, but there is no excuse for repeatedly making commitments and then simply disappearing without any communication.
