However, it is double the cost of our previous kennel. We went on a short trip to Charleston SC using our Bluegreen Points. Our lodging on Bay Street was less expensive than our little dog's. Let me start with the positives: The overnight dogs are mixed with the doggie day care dogs for socialization. The kennel required a 2 hour temperament check prior to acceptance of the reservation. Our little guy loved it. The small dogs are separated from the big dogs. The medium sized dogs go in either group depending on personality. The groups rotate between inside and outside space and their kennel. Kennels are extremely clean with a little cot. Dog poop and urine are immediately taken car of. Total areas are sanitized 3 times a day. Employees are knowledgeable and nurturing. There are video cams and you are given an access code to watch your dog's group. They don't currently have a groomer but the groom shop was clean and they are pursuing a new groomer. Very kind and loving environment. Negatives: Cost, $$$$. The price was $41/day. It may be more for a larger dog, I'm not sure about that. On top of that there is a $10 charge if you drop off before 12:00 pm. There is another $10 charge if you pick up After 12:00 pm. That can be $51 for your first and last day. It is that extra $10 fee that I have trouble with. They are open 7:30am-7:00 pm. In Savannah, you definitely get what you pay for. Our former kennel had great nurturing people but hair everywhere and no play sessions. The Bark kennel has incredible standards and lots of interaction with nurturing staff but it will cost you. About 90% sure we will return but may search to find a place in the middle. You get what you pay for.

Each time I go to pick him up, Ashley goes out of her way to tell me how Ollie did and who he played with, and I love hearing stories about his silliness (of course, what dog mom wouldn't?). Their rates are incredibly reasonable, plus the military discount is a sweet deal. I never have to worry when he's there and I know that they take good care of him. I've left him overnight a handful of times now and he's always come back happy and tired. Club Fido is the best doggy daycare I've taken my pup to and I won't be going anywhere else as long as I live in Savannah.

Another cool thing about Tails Spin is the frequent bather club and punch card for Blue Buffalo dog food! Our Rottie…read morerescue is part of our family, and deciding with whom she would train was a priority and investment. Scout is full of love but was also fearful, shy and high anxiety. We extensively researched trainers in the area prior to selecting DogWorx. Enrique took a great amount of time and care answering our questions, explaining his techniques, and making sure we understood the process. He is the only one we knew had the heart and compassion to do it. He is AWESOME!! We were a little needy for communication along the way, and Enrique always made time to keep us posted on Scout's progress. I also became chronically ill and Scout needed to stay longer than planned -- Enrique did what he had to do to help us as a family as well - going above and beyond training Scout. He is first class all the way. When Scout returned, Enrique spent over 3 hours working with my husband, son, and me ensuring we understood her commands and were confident using them. Any time we had a question, he returned the call right away. And we had quite a few questions!! The skills and confidence Scout gained during her training with DogWorx and Enrique are truly beyond remarkable! She returned confident, calm, happy, proud -- truly amazing!! Taking her for a walk, running errands, having guests at our home, taking her to the vet -- other people's reactions are total WOW, too!! She's simply confident, calm, and happy. She rocks thanks to DogWorx. The most amazing experience was during the recent hurricane. We evacuated to a higher end hotel in Atlanta. Given her manners, we were able to first STAY at the hotel. She earned attention everywhere she went. She was calm, patient, had perfect manners. The last two days of the hurricane we relocated to a hotel in the historic district in Savannah. As we walked around Savannah, she earned the same praises. However, when asked if she had been trained, and we answered yes, DogWorx reputation is known. The constant response was, "Enrique is the best." and "We love seeing DogWorx here in Savannah." If anyone tells you differently, I would question their motives. DogWorx has a huge loyal following, you can see them in action daily, and they are the ultimate professionals. We are away for the Thanksgiving holiday, and we are happy knowing Scout is safe and happy enjoying her DogWorx family. We wouldn't trust her with anyone else.

One of his techs called Bluffton Animal Hospital and I went there immediately and was seen right away. When I spoke Stacy O'Quin upon her return, she refused to speak to him bc one day she would leave the practice and wanted him to buy her out. Needless to say...my pets now go to Bluffton Animal Center. Better Service and slightly less expensive. I'd give them 0 stars but that's not an option.
