Their website says price plus all government fees. No where on their website does it say that there is a doc fee. They tried to charge me a $599 doc fee when they were coming up with the total purchase price. I asked them to take the doc fee off of the price and the salesman said no. This is deceptive advertising at its finest. He never even tried to take it to the sales manager to see if he would take off the doc fee. This is the first dealership that I have been to where a salesman never tried to fully help the customer. I can see why they have tons of cars on their lot. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs for their dishonest advertising on their website.

By the time I had an opportunity to go to the lot, the truck was sold, so I test drove another used truck that drove well; however Arianna & Jabrin showed us a Ram 1500 truck that would be on the lot the next day which according to the pictures on his phone was really nice. Once the pictures were uploaded on the website, I reached out to Arianna who was always available and willing to assist to find out more about the truck. When I went back, she was not there, but Nardalina took good care of us as well, so it does not matter who you work with, they will all handle you with care. I test drove the vehicle and not only did it look as good as the photos, but it drove well too. They gave a great deal on it and I love my truck!!! It came with a warranty in which most used cars are sold AS IS, so that was an unexpected PLUS! Now I have an immaculate dual purpose used truck with low miles that I can work in and drive for leisure as well. Arianna, Nardalina, & Jabrin were very helpful in this process, and made it a smooth transition. Everyone at Atlanta Premium Cars will treat you well and give you the best deal possible. On 11/16/2018 my car would not start. A tow truck was called and was brought to US AUTO SALES…read moremaintainance shop at 2875 University Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. After running diagnostics the Passtime GPS box had malfunctioned which caused the vehicle not to start and had also caused the brakes to lockup. After replacing the box, I received a call from the shop asking if I was having issues with the brakes which I said no. The shop took it upon themselves (without my knowledge) to replace the ABS module with a salvaged module and the brake stop lamp switch and relay. I picked up the vehicle on 11/24/2018 and with in just a few minutes of picking up the car the brakes completely locked up and began smoking from all four wheel wells. I caught a ride back to the shop to let them know what was going on and was informed that as of 11/30/2018 US AUTO SALES would no longer have a service department to repair vehicles and told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to find a different mechanic, so I had to have the car towed again back home. On 11/28/2018 I took the car to my mechanic and after running diagnostics, I was told that the abs module (being salvaged) was not reprogrammed for my car, the brake lines were not bled ( which caused the brakes to overheat and lock up) and now I have a CVT Shutter which was not there prior to 11/16/2018. Due to the negligence of the US AUTO SALES mechanics, my car now has warped rotors, calipers are bad, brake pads need replaced, rims bent, hub caps melted, needs new abs module and wheel bearings because of the overheating of the brakes due to lack of being bled. The car is under warranty but only for calipers and abs module. Total cost of repairs is $5411.12 US AUTO SALES says it's not their problem and is refusing to fix, pay or replace the vehicle, but wants me to voluntarily repossess or continue making monthly payments for a vehicle I can not drive due to their mechanics negligence. This is unacceptable!!!!!

I was told that they do not service vehicles over 100k miles and that the year didn't matter. I was not given any solutions. I was also told that they are privatly owened and have the right to refuse any vehicle. When asked why, I could not get any answer other than they can refuse and vehicle because they are privately owned. Both Ashley and Yolanda were condescending and couldn't care less about the situation. In this economy, they must be doing better than most companies because they can refuse services for no valid reason.
