Great C-A-L store! This location has some great selection, always stocked, good prices, good sales and great staff! Been here a hand full of time since staying in tow and was very happy with my purchases and the customer service. If you're not familiar with C-A-L Ranch, think of a bigger and better version of Tractor Supply with even better customer service. Awesome store! The store has everything for your home, animals and clothing. They have all kinds of items that you need for your home, including decor. Since we were traveling, I just wanted to come in and take a peek. I was pleasantly surprised by their clearance section and the regular prices of their clothing so I ended up getting a sweatshirt and a western shirt. We also got a toy for our dog and some specialty sodas they had on sale. The lady at the front register was friendly and let us know about their rewards program, which we let her know we were only passing through and probably wouldn't do us any good to sign up. These Stores are the greatest for boots and cute clothes, for girls! The kids and guys sections are really good too. They have real overalls here too! They have a great selection of boots and hats. We get chicken, pig and sometimes cow food here. They have just about everything you need relating to a ranch. But the best part about CAL Ranch is the employees are super nice and really helpful. read more

Went in store to buy sand that showed online was in store. Asked an employee for help on where the sand was, she replied with "oh we are doing inventory so you won't be able to get it Monday". To which I said so if I ordered online and picked it up, I could do it that way? And she said yes that they would have to get it then. So when I left the store I placed an online order for the sand to which I got a confirmation that the order went through. The next morning I had not received that the order was ready for pick up so I called. The employee said that the sand was actually not in stock and that "corporate told them to leave the item in stock for OVER A YEAR". The employee then told me to cancel my order and that I shouldn't be charged. Due to me not having a way to cancel the already confirmed order I then called back again and asked if they could cancel the order. The employee then said "sure what's the name". To which I gave her the name and she said ok. I had to ask her how I would know the order would be cancelled and she said I THINK it will send you a email. POOR customer service. I go in store for an item I should be able to get it. If the item is out of stock it should reflect that online. read more

Love this place!! Basically a one stop shop! I've gone in for Ammo, as well as garden supplies. I have to comment on the negative review given by the pro masker in 2020. The non masking requirements are the reason I love this store, and others like them. I will not shop anywhere masks, which don't work and are filthy & bacteria ridden, are required. So, that's a bonus for me, and worthy of the 5 star rating, as well. read more

Love this place! From rodeo to archery to Guns and even scrapbooking. They have everything for everyone that loves country. Gramma Clampet would be stuck on this place like a tic on a hound dog. A cross between a tack outfitter and hobby lobby with the added bonus of weapons. I love the sound of that... weapons. Stopped in for a tarp and chicken feed, stayed for the arrows. Everyone is friendly and they definitely have the most selection in their stores that I have visited. This would include Ely, St George and Las Vegas. If your a western or outdoorsy type this place should be in your list for a quick tour. read more

My boyfriend and our friend wanted to come here to look at their hunting and fishing section. When I heard that they had little chicks and ducklings to look at, I said, count me in! This is one of those feed and supply kind of stores and they also have a clothing and jewelry section. It was pretty interesting to look around at everything. There were a handful of employees on staff, walking throughout the store. They weren't overly chatty, but I didn't have any questions, so I didn't mind too much. I was surely not disappointed by all the cute chicks and ducklings for sale. They even had baby turkeys! I didn't even know what a baby turkey looked like! I basically spent the entire time sitting next to them while my boyfriend and our friend looked at what they needed. Before heading home, we made a second trip here. I found a Life is Good long sleeved shirt with a Labrador retriever on it in the clearance section. Had to get it. And of course, I had to make another trip over to the turkeys one more time, haha! I had a good time here, making new little friends. I imagine if you're here to actually shop and get feed and supplies for your livestock, you'll be able to find whatever you need! read more

This place is terribly difficult to shop at. Half of the items in the store don't even have a price tag on them. The couple things we found that did have price tags on them, we thought were too good to be true. And of course! When we got to the register with the items, they each rang up at full price even though they both were advertised 75% off. And trust me, i work retail, I verified the product matched the shelf label before I attempted to buy it. Anyways, we left empty handed, and the employees let us, even after we explained to them that the shelf was labeled wrong. We went into this place with great expectations. We live 1/8 of a mile away so we thought it would be a nice place to pass time, but we will never go back. read more

Sporting Goods Department was not very helpful. I wanted to buy other accessories after my main purchase, but the assistant manager just pointed to the aisles and I couldn't get much help. The assistant manager was not very friendly or helpful. Everyone in the department seemed to be too busy. The customer service was disappointing. I ended up going to Sportman's Warehouse as their sporting goods department had superb customer service and I purchased the accessories there. read more

I love this place!!! Always a great experience every time I go, I always find something new! I always buy feed & supplies for my duck and chicken there, they have great prices on livestock products and the special Dog food that my dog HAS to have...and they sell baby chicks in the springtime! I just wish this location had a better variety of more exotic poultry in the spring ( Blue laced Wyandotts, Crested Cream Legbars, Turkens and ducklings (specifically Runner ducks) ) other than that this place is perfect...AND my favorite part is that they sell BREYER model horses! I can finally start building up my collection again! read more

Just a great store to wander through and pick up all those things you didn't know you needed! Cowboy boots, American flags, flour sack dish towels, nut and bolts and everything you could ever need if you own a horse or a dog. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This one is more or less a farm and sort of outdoorsy store. Lots of hunting/fishing stuff and a very good selection of hardware. Think maybe along the lines of IFA/Fleet Farm, minus most of the food Fleet Farm has. There is also a good amount of clothing, though I think layout could be somewhat improved. Getting in and out of the parking lot is also a bit of a pain. Very solid place if you're in the market for that kind of thing. read more
