Prior to signing up, I told C6 we had to have a dumpster that locked to avoid unauthorized use of our dumpster. They do not have the type of dumpster that can be emptied without physically unlocking. I provided C6 with a key so that they would be able to empty the canister whenever they showed up, as they have inconsistent pickup times. It worked at first, but over time, they would have substitute drivers, or replaced drivers, and soon I was getting a call from "Bill" every time they showed up to come unlock the dumpster. That wasn't a problem if I was here, but if I am out of the office - not so much. Initially I was told by the sales rep, Albert, that our services would be on Tuesday. Suddenly, without notification, our services changed to Wednesday. Then, I was informed by "Bill", whom I am assuming is the delivery coordinator, that there is no way for them to keep track of the key I gave them. I was also informed by "Bill" that PER THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, there is a 5 minute wait time before they move on, and there is no returning back once they come and wait that 5 minutes. "Bill" also told me that PER THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, pick up times are scheduled once a week, between certain hours of the day, and there is no guaranteed specific time for the pick up during the service day. Well, I have since read the SERVICE AGREEMENT. AND NO WHERE IN THAT AGREEMENT DOES IT STATE WHAT "BILL" TOLD ME. The Service agreement states "Schedule of Charges: 1X3X1 (One, Three Yard, Serviced Once a Week), then goes on to describe charges for extra pick ups. No specific wait time, no "whenever they show up" statement. So, for the past two weeks, during the Holiday season, since our normal hours have been irradiate, two weeks in a row, I get a call from Bill (while I am out of the office) that the truck is there and they need the key. Since I'm not there, of course, no pick up was made. Two weeks in a row. When I informed Bill that I was not very happy about this situation, he gave no apologies and no attempt to remedy the situation - no customer service whatsoever. Really, per the SERVICE AGREEMENT, I should be able to make them come back whenever they show up and I'm not here. The SERVICE AGREEMENT states "SERVICED ONCE A WEEK". Bill's only suggestion was that we change the lock to a combination lock, and provide them with the combination. I am stuck with a three year contract, but you can bet your booty that come 60 days prior to renewal, I am looking for a new disposal company. read more
