There is a couple of tv's, a piano, bullfighting art, an eclectic record collection and tons of plants outside. All of this gives Courtyard it's charm. We created our own "drink tickets" that the guests could cash in for simple drinks like beer and wine and we paid the total tab at the end of the evening. We rented out the Barn which is the room in the back. This was great because people could enter directly into this room from the parking lot (there was a sign up so that people who were not our guests would not enter this way). We had about 40 guests, and it felt perfectly comfortable, not too big or too small for this amount, but could have also fit more if needed. Our guests gave us positive feedback about the venue as they left as well. Overall, a great space to host an event!

This last time I went they had a habanero-pickle sour, but I was too big of a chicken to try it. Their Soft Focus DIPA was phenomenal, however. The inside is small, but the courtyard is a really cool place to sit even on a July afternoon as it is shaded with plants and umbrellas. They have different food vendors all the time and crawfish every spring. On our last visit, we had a really good Detroit style pizza. I will keep going because they are always trying to brew new beers and because it's my girlfriend's favorite brewery in Nola. If they still have the habanero pickle sour, I may even try it.
