The first time I went by they weren't open. With COVID and all they were probably on adjusted hours. I returned the following week and Juan was there to greet me. He performed my inspection in less than 5 minutes and gave me my report so I could have it handy. I was finished before I could return my text message lol Very cool guy. I have gone back three times since the management change and it just isn't good. The glass will have streaks and water marks. It feels like they just are not very detailed like the old crew used to be. It's so sad because everyone loved this place and was so happy to see it thrive. Also, about a month ago one of the workers had their toddler there. The toddler ran outside when I was about to drive off scaring everyone. Just really left a tough impression on everyone.

When they make a mistake they take ZERO accountability, ultimately blaming YOU for their mistake. I went in for a tire replacement. I wasn't driving the vehicle that needed the replacement. I took off my wheel/tire and took it to them. Before taking it off I saw and knew my rim had ZERO damage. I even have PICTURES!!!! Then after he replaced my tire I took it to my stranded car and it was then that I noticed my rim was pretty scratched up. My car is a 2025 and these rims are NOT CHEAP so I had to go tell them what they did. I was as calm as a person can be that was wronged . They didn't want to accept that they damaged my rim when I gave them the evidence that my rim was NOT DAMAGED before them yet they still argued and argued with me to no end. DO NOT GO HERE. Due to the other place may have missed something so I did appreciate him for that so i went ahead and chose to trust him to not scam me like other mechanic places have. Gentlemen came out who was not a tech, took the temp of the air coming out of vents, looked at the compressor clutch then depressed the schrader valve on the system to see if there was refrigerant. I didn't expect them to do much for free but thought they would at least put it on a gauge to check pressure. Total waste of time as I already knew my ac wasn't working. Next step would be a $400 drain and recharge.
