I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

I had a wonderful experience with Olga's Cleaning Services and would absolutely recommend…read morethem--especially for older or historic homes that require extra care and attention to detail. From the start, Olga was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made scheduling seamless. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, moving efficiently while still being incredibly thorough. They cleaned areas that are often skipped, including baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach corners, and treated the home with real care. I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. Olga actually called me with an updated quote after the team felt more time was needed to finish the job. Communication was appreciated and given the thorough effort and quality of their teamwork, pricing is fair. For anyone in Wilmington, DE, Olga's Cleaning Services is a fantastic choice. Professional, responsive, and extremely thorough--I'll definitely be using them again.

Total "Quality"? This business is a total JOKE! I booked a…read moredeal though Groupon for a gutters and windows package. Since they only had week-day appointments I booked one and took a few hours off work to meet them at my house. Not only did they miss my appointment, but they didn't even call to let me know. I had to call them to find out that the "tech" assigned to my job (Mike is his name) was MIA that day. I rescheduled with the woman on the phone for two weeks later. That is today, at 9:30 am. It is 10:30 am as I write this review and it is not because they were late or because they didn't confirm my appointment, or because they don't have an answering machine or reply to any customer e-mails or concerns. This review is because the woman answering the phone hung up on me twice while I was trying to get an estimate ETA and when the tech Mike showed up after I had just canceled my appointment, he said to me: "shut the f_ck up and go to hell-you'll never get a refund" because he had made the trip to my house in vain. Dear Total Quality Cleaners--send your staff (or yourselves) to a business 101 class, customers are the heart and soul of your business and without them you are nothing. To be this rude to any customer (let alone one that you stood-up previously), is simply absurd. I would not recommend this "business" to anyone. Note: Groupon was apologetic and refunded my money along with a credit (sorry Mike). I wish I had never booked this deal. I will be more careful and skeptic of deals through coupon sites in the future.
