BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone! I reached out to them again a couple of weeks ago but they didn't respond at all. I asked if we could come to some sort of agreement but they are not responding to me at all. I have no choice but to report this company. BEWARE OF ELITE MASSAGE!!!

I selected the 90 minute deep tissue massage with Brenda. It was relaxing and soothed my aches/muscle pains. The room was relaxing. My girlfriend & I had a couples massage around Valentine's Day and had less than great experience…read more(We had Dan and Kaitlyn). First, when I book an hour massage and include 2 add ons (dry brush and foot scrub), I don't expect them to be bundled within my one hour massage. It should be an hour massage plus the add-ons. My girlfriend was fine with hers (except for reason above), but 2 issues with mine. First, Kaitlyn did ask me if I wanted any area to have special attention and I said my scalp. Just before the massage ended, I think she may have massaged my scalp for a minute. Second thing: my entire massage was with me face down. My girlfriend was asked to roll over, but I remained face down the entire hour. I have never had an hour massage when only one side was treated. Despite that, I gave them each a $20 tip for their time, but neither of us are inclined to return. And if you are thinking they must have been busy that day, no. There was no one in the waiting area when we arrived and one person walked in when we were leaving. I emailed the owner to share this (not requesting a refund but as a head's up) and never heard back.

My dog's Vet is around the corner so I dropped him for his echo-cardiogram and came in to try this…read moreplace out and was happily surprised. I've always found foot massages to be relaxing and soothing (first one was painful; more later) so this was no different. The reason I am giving Aroma Spa 5 stars is because the foot massage was very good but not the best I've ever received. It gets high marks because for 30% of what I've paid for a reflexologist, I got 80% of quality from a licensed one. Plus, Aroma used hot stones towards the end which other places did not and it felt great. The best was my first a reflexologist I stumbled up in London at a salon within a mall. It was painful; like she was stripping my skin of the bone but at the end, it felt like I was walking on pillows. I felt so light on my feet. I've never experienced anything close to again and wish I could. It could be because it was first time and she loosened all the knots and tight foot muscles. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying their regular body massage in the future when I'm back for next Vet visit. Don't forget to tip the masseuses as I'm sure their compensation is mainly or possibly solely customer tips!

0/10. I would not recommend this establishment…read more I came in for a full-body massage and left extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I wasn't even greeted with a hello. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have an appointment?" No one asked what service I was looking for or made me feel welcomed. The massage itself was also disappointing. He mainly massaged my back, and his hands were very rough. For my legs, he put a towel over them and lightly massaged over/around them. For what was supposed to be a full-body massage, I honestly felt like I paid $45 for almost nothing. On top of that, a woman was talking nearby during my massage, which made it difficult to relax. The worst part was at checkout. I initially planned to leave a tip, but after thinking about the quality of the service, I reduced the amount. The woman looked at what I gave her and said, "That's all?" She then pointed to a sign saying the tip was supposed to be 20%. I explained that their own sign says tips are appreciated. A tip is optional and based on the service received I had already paid the full price for my service. Customers should never be pressured or shamed into leaving a certain percentage, especially after receiving a disappointing service. Between the poor customer service, lackluster massage, noisy environment, and uncomfortable interaction over the tip, I will not be returning.

At no point did what they do cause any pain or discomfort. True professionals without a doubt. And the best part is they don't engage in any of that shady hanky panky stuff at the end of the massage like a lot of massage parlors. And they should be more expensive than they are, but they are very cheap, just 60 bucks for the hour. After the massage, I purchased five massages in advance. Because I know I want to go there again. It includes a Free massage and the total cost for six massages. Just $300!! Unbelievable. Stopped in a second time and they agreed to shave my entire body for just $90 even though it took 2 hours. Never shaved your body before guys?? Try it. You will love it. Sleeping will be a whole new experience!

I like getting hot stone massages and I've been trying a few places to see which one I like best…read more Think I might have found my place :-) First off, I like how all the massages are the same price. A lot of places charge more for hot stone or deep tissue, here they are all the same. Thank you for that. It's a cute little place with the parking lot in the back. I love how quiet and serene it is. I've been in places that do other services (waxes, nails) and it ends up being noisy while you're getting a massage - that's the opposite of relaxing. Katy did my massage and she did a great job. Asked all the questions up front and then allowed me to quietly enjoy the massage with a little music (yes, I've had massage therapists that keep talking. Again, that's not relaxing). Given how close this is to my house and how much I enjoyed it, I will definitely be back. Treat yourself and try them out too.
