Being a bit of a massage therapy critic and after having several failed attempts at a relaxing massage with bigger name and local businesses, I have to say...I found my masseuse. Besides her amazing prices, SHE LISTENS to what you need. Her technique was flawless. Trust me. Before I passed out, I was critiquing her and she did not disappoint. I requested a Swedish massage but if you want deep tissue, I am sure she can accommodate this as I could tell by the strength of her hands. I spoke to Britnee and let her know the pain I was having after the accident and asked if she can assist me. She said yes but only after I get cleared by my doctor, which was completely understandable. I got cleared and made an appointment, Britnee suggested the 60 minute upper body massage. When I arrived to the place, parking was easy, I got to the door and Britnee was there to greet me. She offered me water and escorted me to the room. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Before I get to the massage portion of the review, I have a big issue when it comes to me coming in contact with other people's germs, I even avoid a lot of nail salons due to cleanliness, and when I say I felt so comfortable laying my face on the table, it was very refreshing. So now let's discuss the massage portion, as mentioned above I went there due to pain after a car accident, I was concerned before starting that she would be too rough around the most sensitive places, but that wasn't the case. Britnee played a guided meditation for me, as per request, and I relaxed, meditated and it was just so great. She used a CBD oil on me that was also very helpful. She was gentle where she needed to be, very professional, and I can tell she really pays attention to her clients needs and does her best to make the relaxed and have an overall great experience. Since my massage I feel like my muscles are less tense, and over a lot more relaxed. Although I don't have anything negative to say, I would say that it would be great if walk in was an option, maybe one day it will be. Next time you want a massage, call Gifted Hands and ask for Britnee, you won't regret it. Overall I had a very relaxing and fun experience. Britnee was so great to talk to as well.

Then out of curiosity I had the membership which was to expire and be cancelled in March, I had noticed on my credit card that it was not cancelled, so I called. Ms. Black who I spoke with said that there was no note on my file stating to cancel my membership. At my last massage the front office staff indicated that they had put a note in the file stating to cancel after the year. So while Ms Black provided excellent customer service, I just needed to state that what happened prior to Ms. Black was just not acceptable.
