I stumbled into this place by accident one day and haven't gone anywhere else since. The other place that was recommended was a 3 hour wait!!! I stopped in here and it was quiet and I got my gel nails done by Ada. She is so sweet and kind and really puts care and effort into every part of the service. But even the people not doing your nails are kind and friendly always helping out where needed. I love them!! The nails have turned out great every time and last me a while! Let me start by saying that this place is really clean. Everything is spotless that's the only good thing. The woman that did my nails did horrible job. I named my nails monsters. I asked if they do acrylic and she said no but she can do powder and it's better. I sat down and she's putting powder. I asked her if she's gonna use the machine ? I chalked it up to it being late & gave them another shot. I got a fill in & they tried to up charge me believing I had tips but these are my natural nails. The management was recently switched but this place still has a friendly boss and very cordial workers. They are very skilled and I would highly recommend for the pedicures which are accompanied by massage chairs & the SNS. They have lots of color options to choose from. This spot is a scam! We went in to get a manicure and pedicure and that was it. The place was dead with no music. We were greeted by a Spanish lady who didn't say much but then another Asian person who was eating in the back. While half way into my manicure she asked if I would like a message. I asked if it was free and both ladies agreed yes it was. When it came time to check out we find out she charged us for the message. While we complained about the cost of the unwanted message she said she will discount the price for us for the inconvenience. What a scam! Nails didn't even come out good 2/5. read more

I used to come here before COVID for acrylics and always had a great experience -- the woman I used to see was always so nice. Post-COVID they have someone else doing the acrylics, and he's cut directly through my nail bed 3 times with the nail drill. After the first time I've repeatedly asked him not to use the machine or to be very careful, but he refuses to file by hand and continues to make this mistake. Tbh this place is cheap and it shows. Been there twice now first time was ok mostly because I was the only one there. Now the real reason I'm writing this review is because today was god awful. When I arrived no one was there Sat evening, the woman kept touching me and persisting for more services than I wanted, I politely declined and told her I just want a regular manicure and massage while I dry. Then she had a huge attitude and made rude faces the entire time during my manicure. She kept pulling my arms and staring at me, it was really uncomfortable. She made me bleed while she was cutting my cuticles. What's worse, when it came to my massage now they were getting busy she told me I had to wait 20 mins for it. Here I am over a half hour later, nails dried waiting for my massage. Extremely rude and unprofessional I was the first one here! Eventually I said how much longer was my wait for a 10 min massage she says 5 minutes. So I said that I've been waiting too long and I need to get errands done. She then finished and came over to me. I apologized saying I know they are busy but I need to get home, she then proceeded to tell me "everyone just wants to go home" Then I had the most brutal back beating of a massage. Rushing the entire thing I doubt it was 10 mins she never showed the time. She also kept scratching me with her nails, horrible experience. Safe to say I will not be going back here for a third time. I'd rather spend the extra $5 and get better service. I suggest they hire a few more people. read more

Tried this place out, but I don't think I will be going back. The girl that did my manicure didn't seem to know what she was doing. She soaked my hands in ice-cold water, put some lotion on them, and then sprayed the tops of my hands with rubbing alcohol (?). She painted my nails decently, but the polish chipped off less than 24 hours later. I know this is a new place, but I was hoping for a better experience. read more

I really love this place. It's extremely clean, the people who run it are nice, and the prices are really reasonable. I've had 3 gel manicures and one gel pedicure here, all of which were great. My last one was a French manicure, a design I'm usually pretty neurotic about. My tech took her time and it came out well. In my experience, the polish lasts 2+ weeks. People have mentioned having to wait, and I do I tend to go on off days and never wait, but I also feel like waiting is part of these small walk in salons. Their prices are affordable and service/expertise reflects that. Honestly I feel like the people who wrote bad reviews just need to go to a more luxury spot, where you can make an appointment and the techs specialize in nail art/trends. This place is the absolute worst. I have been getting SNS for over a year and this had to have been my worst experience yet. Within A DAY my nails started cracking from doing basic activities like writing. Only one nail tech took Sns and she seemed like she had very little experience. I went back less than a week later because more than half of my nails had broken and instead of removing the previous powder she just put over it and then continued to keep telling me that it would fix with a top coat, which it did not. My nails then broke again a day after. I also got over charged because of a tip on only one of my nails that I was told I wouldn't have to pay extra for. I am extremely disappointed, I paid $40 for these nails which is higher than I normally would and got the cheapest service I have ever experienced.
