He was diligent and extremely thorough. He allowed me to follow him around, and even pointed out all the issues and explained why they were a problem! He was extremely knowledgeable & personable. He also includes so many pictures and even videos as documentation in his inspection report in a way that is very easy to understand! Loved that! I included just a few pictures of some of the things he documented. Without his diligence, I would not have realized the home I was looking to buy was actually a huge money pit! He pointed out the painted over rotten wood, moisture in the walls and ceilings, the shotty workmanship all through out the home, rotting support beams and issues with the landscaping routing water to the home. He showed me all the cheap fixes, big and small, that appeared normal at first look, but were just attempts by the sellers to hide egregious issues. Thank you Jason for your hard work, honesty and commitment to making sure homes are safe and properly maintained. I'll be recommending Jason to anyone looking to buy a home. He is a must.

Many of our neighbors have had window issues, water leaks because of incorrect flashing and so forth. We have had none. Realtors seem to cringe when they here this company doing the inspection. We called them on Monday, with hopes to have an inspection on Friday. Their very friendly receptionist told us that Andrew wouldn't be available, but his son, Edward, would be able to do our inspection. My husband and I were a little cautious at first, because Edward wasn't the one who had been recommended to us, per se. Boy were we wrong! Edward has been very thoroughly trained, and is a true professional. He didn't mind us trailing behind him every step of the way, and even encouraged our questions and observations, never making us feel like we were asking a dumb question. He was a teacher throughout the process, educating us about the finer details of our potential new home!! It was a wonderful process, and we would recommend Griffith Home Analysis to anyone. I worked with Jim on three occasions and Josh on two. Each time, they were professional, pleasant, and informative. They both thoroughly explained the report to me and was happy to give me more details when I didn't understand some parts of the report. Although Jim and Josh did a wonderful job during each inspection, I am extremely pleased with their job and report during our reinspect. Initially, I thought only the repairs would be reviewed during the respect, but Jim and Josh did a complete house reinspect and I'm so glad they did. During the reinspect, they noticed that there was no air circulating upstairs as it was during the first inspection. If they would have chosen to only reinspect the repairs, we would have been left to fix this problem when it was surely an issue for the seller to fix. Jim and Josh, it was a pleasure to meet you both! Thank you for your service and again, job well done.
